Free bets only credited if you make the first deposit using online banking not debit card and then tell you it's too late to get the gree bets

Final Update.
I have thoroughly thoroughly tested this Company in all areas and they have passed every test with flying Colours.
I woukd Normally give an undertaking so that you can be guaranteed that you will receive the same level of service that I have received.
This undertaking has to firstly come from an undertaking from Copybet to myself, I would then pass that on making your experience guaranteed and rock solid.

Sadly Copybet do not want to pass on undertaking to me which I would then ratify. What does this mean?
It means I can not guarantee the service I received will be passed on to my reviewees.

All I can say I had a wonderful experience but will you get the same , I am unaware I just Hope you will but I will NOT put my name behind them and guarantee you will be treated the same. I have no idea why Copybet refuse to undertake my experience. It could be they can't guarantee they can complete they same form of excellence that I was provided with. I do find that rather odd however all I can say is first class in all areas but what happens from here is at your own risk. I wish everyone the best of luck but from here on you are on your own. The adverse reviews I believe are overdone and I wish you all a positive and healthy experience dealing with Copybet. I have spent around 14 hours of my time and I hope your experience is as bullish as mine have been. I now bow out and leave you to make your own decisions. Good luck to you all dealing with Copybet. No problems with site whatsoever. At first withdrawal times were about 3 days but now they have updated their banking procedures, i withdrew £110 and was in my bank within a minute. 👍👍👍

I recently signed up to their website due to the bet £10 get £50 in free bets promotion however have not received my free bets. The £10 bet that I placed met all of the stated requirements but they are refusing to give me my free bets. Do not use this website!

Created an account and verification email does not come through to account and unable to withdraw, customer service emailed no contact back from them. Avoid! Happy to amend review if they are willing to help but currently losing money

I’ve recently signed up to copy bet due to the bet 10 get 50 offer and I put a bet on a horse which luckily for me it won but I have no free bet in my account and it’s been over 15 hours. But when my friend created an account he told me he got credited the bonus pretty much after settlement???

I’ve tried contacting these by email and Twitter but no response at all honestly such a poor service and nobody should experience this.

After depositing around £600 of my hard earn money, I wanted to withdraw £789 and for the last 48 hours they have completely ignored me in every way.

I’ve provided bank statements, proof of card, Proof of Apple Pay, Everything!

I’ve taken this to IBAS and have given COPY BET 48 hours to rectify this and either verify my account or send me my £789!

You asked for the documents and I’ve sent them you just choose to absolutely ignore people.

The app just keeps saying “loading” every 2 seconds so it’s impossible to do anything.

I can’t even withdraw my money.

I have since managed to use this app fine and have had no issues so it seems it was just initial teething problems.

They dont give you the free bets once you've placed your bet. They just make up excuses so you bet more, there a disgusting bunch of scam artists and should have there website shut down from gambling commission

I was refused free bets as part of my signup promotion. They said it was because I was connected via VPN, but I was not.

Update:
After they asked for my details through trustpilot I was contacted to say that I was likely flagged due to using an apple device, which can trigger their VPN detecting algorithm. I have since been credited my free bets

absolutely awful company, deposited £10 and then realised i hadnt deposited by bank transfer (to get the £50 free bets) so did that as well. they didnt give me the free bets as i made two deposits instead of one?!!?!? you cannot cash out bets or no phone/chat in use. please trust me, avoid these at all costs!!!!!!

A company that has this amount of pages of T&C ( small print ) is always a red flag to me

CopyBet is a disgusting betting company. That is so absurd and small that cannot verify new customers automatically using the Credit Reference Agencies, like every other decent betting company in the UK! I tried to signup to CopyBet two days ago and CopyBet is demanding I upload personal documents. That is disgusting! COPYBET SHOULD BE USING CREDIT REFERENCE AGENCIES TO VERIFY CUSTOMERS. NOT FORCING NEW CUSTOMERS TO UPLOAD PERSONAL DOCUMENTS THAT CAN BE MISUSED.

Update: The fools at CopyBet are now demanding more information! How stupid are they? Did they not read my review? I am not a customer because I should not be forced to send personal identifiable documents that will be misused to a small betting company. That can never guarantee that your documents and privacy will be kept secure. No company can!

Get any big wins they will try every trick in the book to try and stop you getting it.
From card verification to all sorts of ID even if you've done this weeks earlier on your last big win .
Made 2 withdrawals funny how the smaller one was in my bank in hours but still waiting for a larger amount that I made first and then they quote 3-5 days
