I have been using CopyBet for months and had a reasonable experience. The app would sometimes freeze, but this has been improved over time.

Recently, I have decided to withdraw my balance and this is when they have processed "account correction" and took £435.75 from my account! My account is now closed and their support team is not responding.

Huge scam and the most unethical betting business out there. DO NOT USE.

Gambling Commission should be all over them.

EDIT: Except I didn't do anything that would disagree with your terms and conditions. I didn't pretend to be my partner, nothing in terms and conditions says that she cannot have an account - T&Cs state that no one should be acting on someone else's behalf, which I wasn't.
You were happy to keep my account going and even updated my email the day before the withdrawal request. As soon as you realised that I wan to take out my profit, you made the "manual adjustment" and took my money. SCAM.

Do not join this betting app ,its so slow with betting and withdrawals,customer services don't work weekends or aren't very helpful if u want to lose money without even placing a bet go for it ,ripoff

It’s a scam, sign up offer is a scam dont do it. It hides in small print that you have to deposit a certain way to be eligible, even though it lets you use the sign up code through Apple Pay, don’t reccomend.

I wanted to withdraw £30 but they never sent me a code to withdraw it so still sitting there this is a scam company so why don't they close them down as can't find any number to speak with them over this.

I put a bet on the general election result being July, which has happened but they still haven’t paid out. I made a complaint and they emailed me saying it would be confirmed on the 31st of May but they still haven’t paid out. Not sure what to do. Other gambling sites have paid out since the election date has been confirmed. They’ve basically just stole my money. CopyBet is the worst site/company I’ve ever used.

I thought I’d managed to jump through all the hoops in order to get their, what seemed like an excellent, opening offer. I even managed to navigate my way around their baffling app and place a bet. But I was refused my free bets, because I was using a VPN, which contravenes their policies. I always use a VPN when accessing the internet in public places - I thought it was quite a common practice. And I didn’t know it was not allowed until I asked them about my free bets. Maybe it’s hidden somewhere in the T’s& C’s. I even offered to turn off the VPN and start again, but got a blank refusal. I feel I have been tricked into making the initial deposit.

Made a deposit to place a bet, then changed my mind about placing bet so didn't bother. Went to then withdraw funds back into my bank and now I have to verify bank card to get my money back. If they wanted card verified this should have happened before deposit. Now they are refusing to give me my money back. Only a tenner but I won't be using this account again after their poor responses from costumer service via email. And now they come on trust pilot and claim I have received my funds which is total bs, I have account with a lot of bookies, never have I had to come on trust pilot but the lies this crowd spout is a total joke, avoid them, plenty of other places to get your bets on

No idea why it has so many bad reviews, I made withdrawals totaling £2,000 from the site without any issues, I did have to send some docs but they were reveiwed fast and I have no clue why so many people crticize this site. For me great experience, great odds. Good product.

I deposited £20 and then my account was closed/restricted for no reason. They then have claimed they've sent me my £20 back, then said they haven't. Then asked for my bank statements which is sensitive information to prove I haven't received the money. I sent them this and they claim it was original and needed to be a pdf. It was a pdf file downloaded directly from my banking app. Then they've claimed it needs to be original and not pdf, no idea what that's supposed to mean as pdf is the original file type. They keep moving the goalposts all to keep from having the small amount of £20! It's been over 2 months and around 100 emails and they still have the absolute cheek to write 'we're at your disposal of help is needed'. Has to be the worst site and customer service team I have ever had the displeasure of using. I'd avoid completely!!!

Edit: Their reply is nonsense. As I've provided on numerous occasions my original bank statements in pdf format spanning from January until the present day. They constantly reply claiming these aren't original and not pdf. When they clearly are and are downloaded in pdf format from my bank directly. 105 emails long the thread is and they have refused to refund me my money when the statements very clearly show no refund has occured. Avoid this site completely! Just look at the other reviews to back up my point. The fact that they have taken the time to reply to this with lies but ignore my emails and statements, tells you all you need to know.

Absolutely awful. No problems with initial deposits until you deposit larger amount then your account is frozen and you can’t place a bet or withdrawal YOUR money and half the time says you have no money in your account. Avoid at all cost.

Perhaps the worst betting site and interface I’ve used. Was suppose to receive bonus but didn’t. Literally the worst betting site, don’t get into it!

initially had a bad review, but contacted customer support and all was just a misunderstanding. Only thing i would say is app could do with improvement, it can be quite glitchy. Instant withdrawals if you link a bank account

Made a deposit of £50 that landed in my wallet but doesn't shoe as withdrawable . The company claims I spent the money on sports betting so I asked for proof of deposits and bet history and after all the workings out I'm still owed £50 which I've emailed them about numerous times . All they have done is email me once to say let me look into this depiste it being about a week and have now continued to ignore me because they owe me a £50 deposit that's showed in my wallet

Absolutely disgraceful company. Allow you to deposit and then when you try to withdraw they put every hurdle in your way. I still can’t get my money from them. They just ignore you or ask for more and more information hoping you will just give up. Shay given should be ashamed being this company’s ambassador.
I have provided 3 months of bank statements and they still keep asking for more..
Please avoid this company as you will be in for a lot of pain.

Rude customer service who don’t answer questions with an air of arrogance. They didn’t hold my funds once verification was cleared easily, but they do stake restrict you with the inability to place a bet. Just avoid them. You won’t regret it and they’ve likely got a couple more years in them before they go pop. Check out my last review on mansionbet, I’ve a track record of predicting when the bookies go bust! Get your money out!

I can’t get my £120 pound back which is my own money and not winnings , worse betting company ever , email after email and still no money paid back still frozen in the account , they are defo a scamming company I would highly recommend to avoid this company . It’s been going on now for a week .

Absolute scammers. Denied promised free bets despite meeting all the specified requirements just because myself and my girlfriend made an account on the same day! Avoid, avoid, avoid.
