Was great at first no problem then on they sent me a request for source of funds don't want to do that so withdrew my last 20 on the 1st sep never received it after putting 1000 s into account pure thieves...

Thieves.

To be fair, I've not had much problems before today, although I'm an infrequent user of copy bet. But today has been the nail in the coffin. Won 3 bets last night on MMA. I withdrew all profits as they came in. The last 2 withdrawals have made it to my account, the first withdrawal, however, has not. It says on my profile it's paid out and the amount is gone from my account but has not made it to my bank. Only 40 quid but it's theft all the same. Tried to get in contact with no reply. Even on social media, they are posting things today but I've not received a response. Disgraceful in all honesty. Soon as I get my money back I'm gone from this site.

To be brutally honest

To be brutally honest, Copybet in fact have been ok with me since I joined, however today I feel that they have stolen money from me and as I am a man of word I did tell them that I was going to write a review, but I had no response from them so here it goes my case.
Yesterday I placed a bet (double) both games at the American Open to have more than 3.5 sets each, £50 stake to return £100. First game finished 3-1 so I won, the second game was 2-1 but Dimitrov retired on the 4th set and according to Copybet.com that was a void bet, although they were playing the 4th set. So I goot a return of £68.50 instead of the £100.
I also did another bet (single) with the same players for £50 too return £73 and I just got my £50 back.
My question to Copybet.com is how are they playing the 4th set in the match, surely that's over 3.5 sets but not in Copybet.com eyes. It is a very small amount of money BUT principal comes into the equation. If Copybet.com were to give what is rightfully mine I am happy to delete this review, so we shall see I guess.

UPDATE: was going to improve the rating after a great chat with Frank at the support team - he helped verified my account and was very quick at doing so, although after I verified my account i got a message saying 'Access is partially limited'.

Warning everyone who sees this message that it will take a while to get your account sorted and be able to bet. I'm still waiting for my account to be unlocked.

Copybet Sportsbook Review

***Update - 29th August 2024***

I have since sent several emails with a pdf downloaded directly from my bank and shared the unedited document with Copybet.

They ignore every single email I send with the attached bank statement and when I ask why, they default to a ready made template encouraging me to send an unedited pdf.

Copybet, I will update this review, along with rating if you acknowledge my statement, do whatever verification you need to do and send me the withdrawal I requested close to two weeks ago now.

I've been using Copybet's sportsbook offering since August 1, 2024. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to caution potential users.

Major Issues

Withdrawal Problems

I requested a withdrawal and provided the required documentation (an unedited bank statement downloaded directly from my bank, showing payment to Copybet).

Despite this, they have ignored my withdrawal request and keep asking for documentation I've already sent, without providing any additional context.

This has caused significant distress as I'm still awaiting my funds.

Misleading Promotions

Copybet promised free bets which never materialized.

While I didn't pursue this issue due to lack of energy, it's worth noting for those attracted by their offers.

Customer Service

The customer service is extremely poor.

They do not respond directly to questions, instead providing stock answers.

Communication has been frustrating and unhelpful.

Comparison to Other Bookmakers

In my experience, Copybet performs terribly compared to traditional bookmakers. The issues with withdrawals, unfulfilled promotions, and poor customer service make it a far inferior option.

Conclusion

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Copybet's sportsbook. The combination of withdrawal issues, unfulfilled promotional promises, and subpar customer service has made for a distressing and disappointing experience. Potential users should exercise extreme caution when considering this platform.

Yet again having to complain about this…

Yet again having to complain about this site, have given me the run around for days, no contact number to speak to an actual person. Said they have sent emails when they haven’t. Had to get a new email set up so they could. Got resolver involved and they actually answered quite quickly. Asked for my bank statement and payslip. This was all because I deposited £40 of my own money. 2 and a half week later I still don’t have my money. They have my statement and also my payslips? Had to send in my passport also. How does this place even get a license.

After a few weeks of playing they ask…

After a few weeks of playing they ask me to show wage slips from employer for source of funds. I send this and then they say the documents have to be original pdf...my employer sent the slip as a screenshot attachment on a word document. You cant tamper with a screenshot, furthermore, they can see the income, my name, the bank details the money goes into. They can see everything but require this as a pdf. This makes no sense as they should only be interested in the amount. Ridiculous rigourous verification system and i have closed my account. Stay away from this bookmaker unless you want to be messed around when it comes to verification. Update: nonsense to your reply, you messaged asking why the slips were different, this didnt reference to any screenshot....the fact is the wage slips are mine and you are simply just making it difficult to verify my account. This isnt a murder case, it takes 1 minute to cross reference details.
