COPYBET do not pay out on CASHOUTS!!!

Copybet tried to first refer to their unfair terms stating any technical issues are not their fault. They are an online betting company who try to use that as a contract term - something they could do with any issue. The problem with that is it is laughed at in court and has already been disregarded in numerous precedent setting court cases.
Secondly they asked for proof which was given in times the site was accessed and attempted to cashout. Proof was given but they then state there could have been incidents in the games - the scores from 58th minute on were 3-0, 2-0 4-0 and 1-0 - these were all in favour of the SP favourites so there would have been no major fluctuations between any game with the exception of the 1-0 which stayed that score between 27th and 82nd minute. I tried on at least 15-20 occasions looking at the laptop times alone to cash out between 58-82 minutes and it was always unavailable. To say this is unlikely is an understatement and a technical fault is their only real defence. As this is an unfair term, this is simply not a defence and as it stands the only thing that can be said is Copybet are not an honourable company in any shape or form and should not be allowed to use unfair terms in their T's and C's. I will now be taking them to court and will update the page as and when something happens. I can only say at this point beware of using Copybet.
COPYBET do not pay out on CASHOUTS!!!! BE VERY CAREFUL!!
I have bet with Copybet for a while and there are sometimes technical issues, but regarding withdrawals etc, I have no problem.
The problem is with Cashouts which are obviously offered on their site, and tonight I attempted to cash out on more than six occasions over a fifteen minute period. I can verify that by keystrokes and attempting to use their own app as well with the same push button methods on the phone. Copybet state they will not pay out if there are technical reasons which is basically giving them a chance to CHEAT people out of their money every time. If they then say it was a technical fault they cannot claim they have a Cashout button. IT is quite simply a cop out and a chance to CHEAT people out of their winnings. This is clearly false advertising and everyone should be made aware the even when you win Copybet will not pay out your winnings and illegally claim there was a technical fault. I will keep this review updated and will be going to the UK Gambling Commission as to their views on false advertising as well as welching or cheating on their bets. It would seem best to take the matter legal straightaway as "technical faults" could be used all the time to RENEGE on your obligations as a betting company. SHAME ON COPYBET FOR BASICALLY STEALING PEOPLES MONEY!!!!

Like i dont know how anybody can give this place more than 1 star, nothing is straight forward, the website is slow, its laggy, it crazhes, that goes for the app aswell, you open the app and your lucky if anything loads, and how ironic that i had a bet on newcastle and arsenal to win, there was an entire 10 minute period between arsenals goal and chelsea’s, was there every a cash out in thay entire 10 minutes? Ofcourse there wasn't, they dont have a casino or slots or live play, its just the most bog standard bookie ( like i said when anything even loads ) they also dont offer any promotions or anything that i can see, im not trying to just be negative either but its just a terrible bookie, try looking for a help section on the website theres nothing anywhere, no live chat, the only thing i saw was when you take a screenshot it asks if you want to report a bug or suggest an improvement, other bookies are just so so clear of this place, on a positive note withdrawals are quick never had an issue with them.

I implore you to avoid this company at all costs.
I was denied the rewards (50 in free bets) from a promotion that I took part in because I had placed an incorrect bet on the same match. I cashed this bet out prior to the game starting, and then placed the correct bet (which they agree met all the criteria). Copy Bet used this as justification to deny the promotion to me, stating that I had multiple bets on the game, which i did not. They very unreasonably, counted the cashed out bet as a bet on the same game.
Additionally, like other customers have mentioned there is no live chat or phone number, so all support must be done through emails, which is very frustrating. CopyBet also refused to allow me to escalate the issues I have had, basically ignoring my requests.
The 2 star rating speaks for itself, do not use this company.

Support isn't live chat it's a ticket email takes forever to reply. Withdrawals pend for long periods.. messing with people's money will always get a bad review.. needs a lot of work to be even half decent .slow isn't the word !. Update..now after several hours my withdrawal has been cancelled.. no reason why support is now shut for the day..no phone number to ring... absolutely awful if you have a problem... safe to say once this issue has been resolved i will be trading a lot less with these maybe leave them alone altogether. Not good not pleased .

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They advertise joining bonuses but there are many hidden hoops to jump through. Their verification app is so glitched it took me an hour to get it to accept the photos required. Then you have to download and use their app (not mentioned in any of the previous terms and conditions up to this point). The problem is their app is incompatible with most phones. I tried three smartphones, two of them new and it stated it couldn't download to any of them. So what you have is a personal details harvesting scam masquerading as a betting site. Don't waste hours like I did.
In reply to copybets response: The customer agent simply confirmed that there was a hidden clause that if the app doesn't work on your phone (which will be the majority of people), you won't be given the offer. Re: lighting, I took photos in the garden which was sunny and three different rooms of the house. It took me an hour to eventually get it to accept the document.
