9 weeks post-VR facelift and…
I’m now 9 weeks post-VR facelift and had my follow-up appointment with Mr. Christopher West earlier this week. My face has healed beautifully, and the outcome looks incredibly natural and refreshed. Mr. West and his team have been supportive, professional, and attentive every step of the way. I feel more confident than ever and truly grateful for his expertise!

My personal journey
From the first time I walked in the clinic, everyone was so professional and friendly, and my surgeon Dr Nick Rhodes was absolutely amazing.
I cannot praise him enough and I wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending him to anyone who is thinking of having such a procedure as I have just had.

Not one procedure but 4 !
I have been visiting Nick several times over the last few years always “thinking” about getting certain procedures done but last year I had my last meeting before actually booking in to get 4 procedures done in one go!! For me personally it was just one down time and everything done at the same time and one recovery time. From Samuel on reception always so lovely and extremely helpful to my nurses Amelia & Felicity who cared for me after my procedures and Nick who is simply the best !! I honestly would not consider going anywhere else and would highly recommend Nick to anybody thinking about getting any procedure done. You are never put under any pressure and he is so informative and totally manages your expectations. I have just had my 6 week post operative meeting and I cannot tell you how extremely happy I am with my results. There are lots of other people to mention but the whole team are simply the best and also Orla who is always at the end of the phone to answer any questions that you have and to guide you. Honestly cannot thank you all enough for everything you have done for me. One extremely happy client.

Fantastic experience
From the initial contact with the reception team to enquire about the procedure, booking and attending the consultation through to the actual surgery every aspect was dealt with professionally. A lovely clinic with friendly staff.
Ciera was very knowledgeable and explained everything during the consultation, followed this up with a letter detailing everything that we has discussed.
During the procedure Ciera and Nicky were fantastic, very supportive ensuring I was at ease at all times. Added bonus great playlist in the background.

Very professional staff
Very professional staff, friendly and helpful. Treated me with respect and kindness. The procedure was quick and easy and I was extremely happy with the result.
The clinic is very clean and hygienic which is important to me, although as it is an old building being in a wheelchair was a bit difficult but we managed.
Would be happy to come here again.

Kind and professional
When I arrived at the clinic everyone was so friendly to me and really put me at ease despite me being nervous. I felt really reassured.
All the theatre staff and Mr Rhodes were really kind and professional. The nurse Felicity (Flick) who looked after me post op was very kind and looked after me really well and with great care. Since I have been home any queries I have had have been answered quickly and reassuringly again putting me at ease. I am only 5 days post op so I cannot comment on the outcome of the result of the operation however the process so far has been as good an experience as it can be. It has been very professional and I have felt safe and reassured at every step.
