I went with co-op funeral service… because it was quick and easy
I went with co-op funeral service because it was quick easy to organise. My husband organised his own funeral so I didn’t have to worry about it so I thought I’d do the same so my kids don’t have to worry about it. The service is fantastic didn’t take long at all and would recommend other people friends and family. I’ll give it a 10 out of 10. Absolutely fabulous staff are great as well especially Claire, she is lovely. X

Good price plan with reputable Co-op
I found the staff very helpful when I called into my local Co op Funeralcare. They were very informative so I completed the form online which was simple and easy to do. The price was very competitive compared to other providers so I am very happy to have peace of mind for myself and my family. I would recommend this company with no hesitation.

Didn’t find it easy
The communication was disjointed between sales and policy planner. It wasn’t an easy process, my Nan and I found the conversation with the sales woman stressful and there were points in the conversation that she was rude.

My experience with Co-op Funeral care…
My experience with Co-op Funeral care was very helpful to make my choice from a few other companies. Co-ops representative was extremely helpful and spent time explaining everything. After our discussions I made my choice of the Co-op reasonably quickly. My funeral plan was completed and finalised to my satisfaction.

The plan was made easy for us to understand and the person helping us was so kind and helpful to us as first time steps not knowing what to do at the age of 71 it was a great help for us to know we were in safe hands
