Excellent after order service - shame about their warehouse packing
Box badly packed so one glass arrived broken however the customer service was excellent and another box sent with no need to return the original 3. Son in law happy to have 3 glasses until the next package arrives.

Excellent customer service
I contacted customer services because the delivery company botched my order. Etrias was superb - I had an immediate personal response, not the usual bland acknowledgement, and a speedy resolution. My replacement order arrived without problem. I will have no hesitation in ordering from this company again. Their prices are good too!

2 out of 8 bowl arrived broken
2 out of 8 bowl arrived broken. I believe this is all to do with the delivering company. Etrias Store was very understanding and professional and send me straight away a new parcel. Excellent service!

Worse customer service ever (Order ET101964360)
Worse customer service ever. They are not answering their phone anymore. Delivery is delayed for 2 weeks minimum without any prior notice. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Not professional at all. I have sent a request for a refund but they are not responding.

Good, positive experience
Bought this for Christmas present for our daughter in law, who lives on a Scottish island. Had to pay a little extra, but the item arrived promptly and we were kept updated throughout the process. Would recommend this company.

Unimpressed so far!
Having given my home address - which was confirmed - and it matched the billing address - the expensive product was delivered to the wrong address! The website promised delivery on Monday 16th November - and the couriers changed that delivery to Thursday 19th November! I appreciate these are unusual times - however - delivering to the wrong address is very poor indeed. I needed this pan as a gift for a wedding present tomorrow! Totally unimpressed.

Very misleading website. UK domain, UK customer services number. I thought I was buying from a UK seller. Does not ship from UK. Instead shipped from Holland. Very underhand. Still waiting for delivery. Shows up on tracking as dispatched but courier company have not received item after 3 days. Avoid this seller unless you don't mind waiting a long time for your item to arrive from Holland. Rubbish customer service response to complaint.
