Avoid at all cost! Please don’t use this company. Trying to contact them to send an item back but just ignoring all messages. Total rip off. Wouldn’t even give them one star but couldn’t work out how to continue with review with no stars.

Ordered two items from this sight on 29th May 2020. One item did arrive about two weeks after I had ordered. Five weeks Three emails and Two messages later still haven't received the other item and absolutely no response to messages. The item I did receive was of poor quality and I will only wear it to lounge around in the garden. Do Not purchase from this sight. Complete con artists.

Terrible service. Very slow delivery and still not recieved all my order from may 15th! Took full payment for the things I ordered. Still waiting for one more item. Conveniently no one replies to emails or contact form. Do not use this site. Still have £23.00 of mine and I have nothing to show for it.

I bought 4 dresses all of them had material that was so thin that you could see my underwear through them. They took ages to come which when they eventually did one of the dresses was missing. When I tried to request a return / refund they ignored all of my requests. I requested a refund twice through their website and twice through Facebook. I am now stuck with 4 dresses I do not want with no way of getting my money back. Very disappoint, definitely would not buy anything from here again.

Just like previous messages. The quality is shocking. I paid £25 for a jump suit and it’s unwearable. Nothing like the photos. I have tried to return it but the company ignores all my messages. My advice would be to Stay well away from this company. Terrible.

Item received believed to be wrong size, seller didn’t respond to any messages or emails...I have a dress I cannot wear but do not trust I’ll ever see a replacement or get my money back if I was to return it! Stay away not worth the hassle!!!!!!

I got a jumper from there was meant to be a size 12 but I’d say it a size 14 or 16 they cut the tag out so can’t even see the size I have sent 4 emails and message on fb but nothing back don’t waste ur money

I’ve filed a complaint with PayPal I sent the goods back 3 weeks ago, no acknowledgement no refund (after waiting over 3 weeks to receive the poor quality items). This company is utter rubbish their goods are poor quality if you receive them at all. Quick to take the money and non existent customer care. Avoid like the plague. God knows when I’m going to get my refund!!!

Absolute con artists. Ignore emails, ignore messages, do competitions every week on facebook but they never draw them.
The only way I received my item was by threatening them that I would get in touch with PayPal and trading standards.
Every item that they sell you can get up to £20-£15 cheaper on ebay. The quality of the clothing is terrible I've ordered twice thinking I would give them a second chance shouldn't have bothered.
Now I know why they changed their company name as the reviews on the last site are as bad as the ones on here.
Honestly do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague.

I ordered on 21st April...... Still waiti g the order. I have contacted them numerous times via email and FB messenger haven't received an email response however I have received a reply via FB stating that a replacement was sent.....so I now apparently have 2 "lost" parcels. I have requested the tracking number for my parcel as when I purchased I selected 48 hours tracking! Absolute shame please don't rider from this company.

Don’t bother total con... ordered on 30 April money taken straight away, parcel never sent & still waiting on my refund... ignoring my mails & messages & it’s now 16 May & no refund.. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

I placed an order on 30/4 funds were taken. No item received, no email with a tracking number. Numerous emails sent to try and get a refund..no response.

Ordered from here nearly two weeks ago they took my money and I’m still waiting on a delivery date I’ve messaged them twice and still no reply.

I ordered a grey teddy bear coat that I saw pop up on facebook. I ordered it on Tuesday night and it arrived Friday. Really snug, Great quality. Just ordered a dress and excited for that to arrive.
