I have ordered from this company a few times now and every time had no issues! Quick delivery and great quality items. They were also very quick to respond and help when I ordered a size that didn’t fit (my fault) it was very quickly exchanged for another size. Can’t fault them!

I ordered from constant style my order never arrived, they have taken payment. I’ve sent them numerous emails and Facebook messages and have never heard back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Ordered on 19th December no delivery. No reply to any messages or no contact number. They send you an email when it's 'shipped' but no tracking information. Absolute scam stay well clear!

Couldn’t give a zero or minus star!! Taken money on 17/12 but not delivered order. Not answering messages now. Completely scammed!!

Do not waste your time and money we pay extra money for next day delivery it’s been 3 weeks now nothing arrived yet very bad customer service no phone numbers ! DO NOT BUY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM PAGE !

Look so nice on the picture but they are awful… very thin, see through, cheap material.

The worst ever . Ordered from them on 14 September , no items received, no money back, they are not replying to the messages . Scam

Just because I’ve had to give a star to be able to write a comment other would be zero stars. Not they would be bothered.
STAY WELL AWAY from this company.
Telephone number attached to their PayPal “apparently” isn’t them. The email works and they will reply to say send the items back. That’s as far as it will go. 4 weeks later I never got my money back.
ATTENTION: if you purchased your items via PayPal please raise a case with them and if you have Proof that they have received your item back in Nottingham (I paid for Royal Mail signed for) then PayPal will issue the refund.
Don’t give up without a fight. I was not letting them con me!

I think this is just a front address for a Chinese company who supply the goods.This is why it takes so long to deliver your products it can tack up to a month or so in a container ship to arrive.This is only a delivery address.I have been waiting nineteen days for a dress I ordered text sent order shipped from them sent eleven days ago.

Returned 3 items at the beginning of August and am yet to receive a refund! I’ve messaged many times on Facebook, plus emailed. No response whatsoever. I wish I’d read reviews before ordering 😫

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. The item was of horrendous quality and ill fitting. Attempted to contact them via their website and also Facebook to get the return details (which they don’t provide when the order is sent out). I’ve had no response from them to any of the numerous messages on any platform. I’m left with an unwearable item and I’m out of pocket. I worry for people who will be scammed by this sorry excuse for a company who may not be able to afford to pay out again elsewhere for items needed without a refund being issued.

I’m actually irritated that I’ve had to give them 1* to make a review, it should be a big fat zero!

I’m also confused that others were able to pay via PayPal which I always do if the option is there, however it looks as though they have removed that payment option on their website.

1 star is being generous.

No tracking details, no reply to messages, cant understand how company can still trade when so many negative comments.

I wouldn't even rate this company a 1 *. Received 4 dresses later than they advised. When I received them the quality was shocking. So returned them ALL via the post office. AT A COST TO ME. After 10 emails and 5 message via messenger on facebook. Still no response and over 6 weeks and NO REFUND for nearly £100.

So rude to not even reply to any messages or emails. I have filled a complaint via paypal and will do what I can to stop anyone else dealing with this shocking company.

Received dress after few weeks. Shocking quality nothing like image advertised. Company refusing to answer my messages and Facebook messages on how to return. Does anybody know a return address please ?

Ordered dress for friends wedding... middle of July I think.
It's not mid August...no dress.
I contacted seller through email, text, tried calling,messaged them on Facebook, left comments on their posts...no response.
I went through PayPal for refund.. the seller didn't process it their side so I don't really know where to go from here.
Please don't order from these

I fell victim too, which I had read reviews. Ordered dress, 24hr tracked delivery was a joke, still not received. no response from my emails or Facebook messenger. I commented on their Facebook post and they removed it and blocked me from commenting any further. Bank advised me to block card. ARE THEY EVEN A REAL COMPANY?? WORST EVER!

I ordered a jump suit for a family celebration my money been taken out my account

Still no sign of my jump suit no update where it is no delivery still it’s shocking I’ve contacted them 3 times to see what’s happening with it. Hope my jumpsuit turns up soon. Not happy hopefully it will arrive soon
