No order, no response after 7 emails still waiting to be shipped no tracking number. I purchased it a month ago

This place is a SCAM made a purchase on 4-9-26 company states product made in USA but unbeknownst to consumers they ship from facilities in China. Mid June my order still has not arrived after multiple check-in with the company. They claim it was lost in transit and told me I’d have to wait to get a refund that they were doing a research on where the product was even though I couldn’t get any updates with the tracking number that they provided me. Finally, I was able to receive a refund. They only refunded the cost of the product. I didn’t even receive the shipping cost back, so I’m still currently arguing with them over that. Do not order from these people.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Never got anything. Never received a refund. Got the run around from customer service. “Our product is so popular, we can’t keep it in stock. But we will take your money and send you nothing.”. Stay far away.

Ordered this product and finally arrived 6 weeks later after several emails, this product is not made in the USA, it's made in China. They advertised 7-10 business days for delivery, I paid an extra 3.95 for secure shipping. After it arrived and found out it was made in China, I asked to return the product which they advertised 100% satisfaction guaranteed and easy returns, I emailed them and they sent me a address in China for the return and it costs $400.00 to return. Scam 100%😡

After 1 month I still havent received my order, in fact it has not been shipped. Customer service advised it is still in the queue for processing. Do not recommend.

The item never arrived. After weeks of stringing me along, they notified me it had been delivered when it had not.

I ordered March 18 2026 one item.
I asked on April 5 th where is my product please?
I was informed that shipping was an issue and as soon as my product was on its way I would be informed.
It’s suppose to be coming from the USA to Canada but it’s now April 24 th 2026.
I have just asked for an update and if this fails I will ask for a cash back from the credit card company for no product received .

Update received the product finally at about 6 weeks and surprise it’s come from China - and it was $44 for only 60 pills unsure if it’s the real thing no way to tell if this is a tested product.I did ask the company if shipping was an issue was in coming from China- didn’t get an answer.
