One star is too much

One star is too much. Warning, This is a scam company with scam products, do not order from them. I got caught up in it. After I made a claim with credit card, the company contacted me once I did this. They agreed they were misleading and would refund me but that needed to stop the claim with my credit company in order for them to process a refund. Where here is the loophole. Once I removed the claim with my credit
Card, this company went silent: no refund. The loophole the found is my credit card would not pursue them again since I stopped the claim.

Eventually I had to make a fraud report and change my credit card to get some justice.

Post note: the company declares they have reached out but this is a partial truth. They admitted to deceptive practices and that they would refund me but stated they could not do a refund until I withdrew my credit card dispute. I did as they requested. The Standard Lab then never responded to my request for a refund. My credit card company said they could not reopen a dispute. This left me with no recourse except to make a fraud claim with credit card company which required me to get a new card. I have taken this route. Still no refund from this scam company. Warning: Avoid all interactions with them. They say they have emailed me a solution. The only solution would be a full refund. I have no further emails from them. Really there should be more than a refund for all the work I’ve had to do to make some justice happen in this situation.

Incredible this popped up on my…

Incredible this popped up on my Facebook. I just took a peek at it and next thing you know I’m subscribed and they’ve build me three times quite impossible to get through. You try to send them emails and it’s always an error sign. It feels like a total scam they got me through shot pay. I don’t know how it went through, but it went through I finally after about 15 attempts one of my emails went through. I’m keeping my fingers crossed and hopefully someone will get back to me. Their website makes it impossible for you to call them or do anything. There’s no way to unsubscribe a subscription although like I said I never subscribed to anything. I don’t have a password. I don’t have anything it’s crazy and I don’t understand how these people are let to do business .

My order was debited on Feb 1 and for 8…

My order was debited on Feb 1 and for 8 weeks I notified The Standard Lab, through Facebook, Email and everyway possible with always the same result "It's in Transit" without any other information. I thought I had been scammed but on my last attempt a wonderful Customer Service Representative answered and helped. My order was delivered yesterday. Thank You Maria You have individually restored my faith in Customer Service.

Scam

Scam, never received product did not select auto renewal, they still billed me. The site does not work. I told them I never received any thing and they sent me a NDA.

Definitely positive experience overall, so far. The shipping had issues but customer support was very responsive and found the issue. Lead them in fact to stop working with that shipper. My replacement with the new shipper came fast. So far I like the product and hopefully it’ll prove to be a worthwhile purchase! Thanks again to the customer support for many quick replies with reliable info.

Ordered on 2/1….never received —constant run around/ghosting…..finally sent me a long form to fill out…..after months of chasing them
Just refund the money
And also disclose that despite your little American flags on your site, it’s coming on a slow boat from China. Except it’s not coming….

From grocery delivery and joint pain to walking the dog again.

I have NAFLD. I've been on it for 2 weeks. I'm waking up and staying awake. I'm not as brainfogged as I have been, more energy and losing the bloat, I do believe this is helping me bcause I feel good after months of joint aches I no longer, after 2 weeks have aching joints. Still getting cramps at night so I take magnesium and vit d as well. I do believe my wrinkles are less severe. I know that sounds weird but I think my face was scrunched up bcause of the aches and lack of being able to exercise and now I'm feeling better each day I'm not scrunching my face. It's my own fault I got like this. After 39 yrs of being where there's no kfc or HJs, no crispy creme or uber to drop off takeaway I feasted for months, off of my keto style diet and exercise on the beach everyday. Just short walks to the park 3 houses away to nothing bcause my joints ached. I even had my shopping delivered bcause I was too sick, out of breath and aching joints to do it myself. But now I'm back to doing my own shopping, eating healthy and walking my dog further. I put on 24 kg in 7 months. Ive lost 5 kg. And that's all in 2 weeks. I believe I'd still be in a rut and getting dangerously sick if I hadn't bit the bullet and tried this supplement. I really studied up about it first and decided it can't kill me but it and a positive attitude could work and it works for me. After reading people's comments I hope I don't have to wait for my next lot as I've only got 2 weeks worth left. But it's still important to keep seeing your doctor and watching your diet and exercising and if you're a drinker I'd be slowing that down too. I Hope you all have a good outcome like I'm having.

I never received the product

I never received the product. So I sent them an email stating I did not receive the product. Customer service responded quickly. I took a while to settle but all turned out well. I still have not received the product there was a issue during shipping.

I ordered back in February

I ordered back in February. It took until March to say that it was delivered. I never received the product. I have emailed them several times. They keep saying check with my neighbors and what can they do to help. It the same wording everytime, no ticket number for the complaint so I just start over. I just want my money back. Please do not order from this company.
Since I wrote this review I was promptly contacted my a Manager from The Standard Lab and will be getting a full refund.

Avoid

Waited over 24 days for my order to arrive. It came from China which was never disclosed on their site. Have been trying to get my money back but no one ever responds to my emails. Just a lot a shadiness here.

Company replied to my review saying they would reach out, 24 hours later and still nothing.

Update, refund received out of no where. Will add a star for them backing the MBG.

Waited over 2 months and then had to…

Waited over 2 months and then had to cancel my card because they were going to charge me. It arrived today and it's not from USA, I just wasted money on this item. No confirmation email, no way to contact. Not the kind of business I want to work with.

Low quality

Low quality, junk supplements from China. Waited over a month to receive them just to be told that they can't be returned. Buyer beware.

Nothing Ever Received and Horrible Service

Placed an order and after 2 months still never received the order. The company provided "proof" the order was delivered via their tracking information-- which was their proprietary shipping info-- not USPS, FedEx or any actual shipping company.

I live in a gated community and have never had any packages stolen-- let alone liver tablets. They then said they shipped out a new pack for me, but yet again-- never received yet said delivered.

Terrible experience. I think they just wear people down for $40 a person and most people just write it off and never dispute. I'm not sure this is even a legitimate company.

Also note-- this isn't made or shipped from the USA--so probably not FDA approved; not that I would know 100% because no product was ever received / shipped.
