Good product range, poor customer service
The Good: Great products and competitive pricing.
The Bad: Sadly not easy to deal with customer service if you’re not a business but end user. Even if your order arrives with marks/damage like my Kai scissors you’ll most likely have to pay yourself to return it as they’ll say it doesn’t affect the functionality, which i find unreasonable, and a shame.

Shop helped with advice about scissors
The shop was very helpful when I phoned with questions about scissors. Once I decided and placed my order it arrived in a few days, well packed. I think our mail service is behind which the shop can’t help with.

Paper patterning Scissors
I love the scissors I bought specifically for cutting pattern paper while making pattern for myself. They enable me to cut the curves smoothly and accurately. They are the right size and weight for my needs Thank you.
