From causes and different types of anxiety to tools for managing anxiety (CBT etc.)....an amazing webinar.
I enrolled on courses on the subject of anxiety disorders, intervention, CBT etc. with other providers.
The Connex webinar manages to include the information usually provided in 10-15 units in "just" one hour. No frills, engaging, to the point.
Again, there could be an update since some info is lockdown related. Yet, since we're all still suffering from the aftermath of covid in one way or another, this webinar stands out from many other CPDs.
