Very helpful company. I dealt with mainly Ioana who was fantastic. Communication was great and she would let me know step by know how things were moving along. Nothing was ever any trouble for her and she was always happy to answer any questions I had.

I got a car on finance, an engine warning light came on just after I left the garage and almost made it the hour journey home. When I confronted the garage they said I need to get the car to them even though it’s not drivable! I tried to contact the relevant people but nope nothing. The car isn’t drivable and I’ve literally had it 3 days. To say I’m angry is an understatement. It takes an hour and a half from my home to the garage, it won’t even drive 2 minutes down the road let alone to the garage! I’m absolutely devastated that I’ve been sold a written off car and now I’m in debt over it. This is so wrong! This is genuinely so cruel. There is a STOP warning sign when I turn the engine on and the car won’t start.

I dealt with Andrew, who was more than patient with the situation in hand, giving support and keeping the ball rolling to make sure it was the right financial deal for the right car, during this he highlighted the specifics about using approved dealerships, as one the the dealers was not registered and posed a risk, and with using knowledge a perfect vehicle was found.

This would be highly recommended in situations that deal with low or poor credit scores.
