Excellent service from start to finish, no pressure no hassle, simple questions asked, polite friendly staff, kept me updated the time through out the whole process, Laura was my main point of con, massive shout-out and a credit to the company, explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything. Nothing was too much trouble. The car purchased on hire purchase is fantastic, pristine condition inside and out for a 2017 ford s max, lovey 2 hour drive home, got to know the car and extremely happy, everything works as it should. Will definitely come back when it's time for an upgrade.

Efficient and super Speedy process from start to finish. I didn't think that buying a car on HP/Finance could be this straightforward, I work nights and even started the application during my break at 2am! I totally recommend Connect me Car Finance and in particular Laura-Jo who became my personal advisor throughout the process.,...efficient, accurate plus we had a few laughs along the way!
I was given the most competitive interest rates too which meant I could go for a slightly newer model than I had originally planned on doing. Nothing was too much trouble, I'm so glad I gave them my business!

I had such a great experience with Connect Me Finance. What I appreciated most was how quickly they worked to get everything sorted, especially knowing how busy it is at this time of year with so many people trying to get their cars before Christmas. Despite that, they still made me feel important and never rushed or overlooked. They were patient, supportive and kept me updated throughout, which really put me at ease. I genuinely felt looked after and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for car finance.

In the starting everything was smooth and easy but after the accepting offer and car experience was not good enough as i was charged more then I expected

I had a really positive experience with Connect Me Car Finance. Sam was my advisor and he was so helpful from start to finish. He made sure I understood everything clearly and he supported me with anything I needed. The whole process from applying to driving away was very easy simple and fast. I honestly could not fault the service.

I had my doubts about the garage that was selling the car I wanted, Jay reassured me that they work with the garage without an issue, never had issues with them, reviews on Trust pilot are not true, etc. He convinced me, drove 300 miles to get to the car, paid insurance, road tax, full tank of petrol, 2 hours into driving it home it broke down in a cloud of smoke in the motorway. My Rac took it to the wanted location the dealer wanted, finance people said they’ll ask for a refund. They did not lose anything, I lost a lot of money, garage would not answer my texts and when they did said to contact the finance people, finance company said contact the garage! No one would take any realisability of selling a car that was not fit for purpose, Jay knew I as desperate for a car as I needed it for work.
Whenever I called them, Jay was never available, they kept on passing me from one to another, all saying the same thing, you’re looking for compensation, take it with the garage!!
Yes, they are very helpful and get everything ready asap for you to buy but are they taking responsibility for what they are “selling”? NO!
Never again!! Avoid!! For 5k in interest, I really trusted them in getting me a decent car!! Nope! Still no car and 500£ loss.
