HORRENDOUS AND UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I so should've listened to the growing list of 1* reviews…
I placed an order on 22/07. I called them second week in August to check the delivery date. I was told that one item is out of stock. They didn't bother informing me about this themselves at all. I agreed to receive only part of my order and the rest when available. Order delivered around 18/08. On 11/09 I emailed to enquire about my missing item. I also report that one item is damaged and I would like a pre-paid label to return it. I chase on 24/09. I call them and I'm told that the item I'm still waiting for is no longer available (yet again, they didn't bother informing me about this themselves…!). 24/09 they process a refund for the missing item and I'm told they will pass on the info about the damaged item to the manager. The refund is only received on 4/10. I call again on 12/10. I explain the issues (to someone called Phil). He is incredibly reluctant to process my return, he queries and doubts what I say - basically the folding chopping board I purchased was wobbly and therefore dangerous to use but Phil insists this is the design... no comment here! He calls the manufacturer and needless to say calls me back a few minutes later to arrange a collection. Obviously without actually apologising for his extremely poor customer service and poor knowledge of his products. Item is FINALLY collected on 14/10 (after first requesting it on 11/09!). I chase my refund on 22/10 as yet again, I receive nothing. Refund finally received on 22/10.
NEVER AGAIN... please be wiser than me and avoid this utterly poor "company"!!!

I ordered a Fermob Louisiane bench in March this year and it was delivered on 29th September. Originally, it should have arrived within 8 to 10 weeks. I do understand the difficulties companies have faced recently, but it would have been good customer service to keep me informed of the delays. I had to be the one who instigated the lines of communication.
I had ordered a very pale green bench, described as Cedar Green. My bench is a dark shade of green. As it happens, I really like it, but it might not have been the case.
I was notified about the delivery with no more than a couple of hours notice. Luckily I was not far from home and could be here on time.
The driver was very helpful and friendly and put the bench in situ for me.
I love the product and the friend who helped me put it together is ordering one herself, but please, improve your lines of communication!

Do not use this company !

I ordered a Fermob table in May which still hasn’t arrived 5 months later. No proactive engagement from company, no emails and no phone calls and no idea where the table is or when I will receive it, if at all. They don’t respond to emails and trying to get hold of them on phone is painful. Have they just taken my money and rubbing their hands with glee? Incredible that companies still can operate like this in 2021.

I ordered a toaster in June and it is now end of September (almost 4 months later) and it has STILL not arrived!!! I have sent countless emails to them with no response!! Had one response initially saying it was out of stock and would arrive soon then zero reply to all my other emails. Do not waste your money, time or effort
