Very excellant customer service

Very excellant customer service. Very professional, Gene Harris is an excellent sales rep and did a great job explaining the benefits and cost. Will highly recommend Concord auto protect to my friends and family.

Highly recommend

These guys are awesome . When my alternator went out they repaired it for me and they took less than an hour to do it . Even my shop complimented them to me !

Fair company

I recommend Concord Auto Protect. My radiator fan assembly failed busting the radiator and the repair was quick. My mechanic was impressed as well! Claim was paid fast on all parts covered. Michael has helped me with 2 claims now. Concord pays on coved parts under the policy. Concord pays fair prices to the repair shops. Excellent customer service!

Above and beyond

Donald went above and beyond to get the premium coverage at the best rate possible! Very courteous as well. I'll recommend Concord Auto Protect to everyone I know.
