Their customer service is pathetic. They recommend a service, collect your flight details and then cant even be bothered to see your flight was delayed. I was 2 mins late and the bus had already left. A phone call and they could have easily waited 2 mins

We had a booking return from home in Noosa to Novotel Brisbane airport and return from international airport 3 weeks later. Confirmed and paid
We were offloaded at domestic airport and driver informed us that we would be transferred to hotel via another bus
Turns out we were misinformed when booking and ended up paying $40 by taxi
The staff are great however the booking person should be reviewed
Disappointing but hope they will be at international to pick us up when we return

Very disappointing. On the day we were scheduled to be collected from Brisbane Internation airport to be taken to Gold Coast, we received a text advising that pick up had been rescheduled to 9.30pm instead of 8.30pm. We were in Copenhagen when we received the text. Our 19 hour flight landed at 7.30pm. We were finally collected at 10.05pm with no contact/ communication from ConXion advising us of delay. I was about to order an Uber when an unmarked bus appeared. After we arrived on the Gold Coast and 2 drop offs were completed in the Surfers Paradise area, the driver advised the next drop off point was in Burleigh. We live in Robina - 2 blocks from Bermuda St, which we were driving on. I asked the driver if, instead of driving past our turn off, we could be dropped first, instead of retracing his route. He replied that "the system" would "not allow" that. I was rather confused because at the second drop off in Surfers he had driven an extra 2 blocks at the customers request?? Seems "the system" allowed that! Amongst other comments he directed to me he said he was tired and had a bad day. He also said he had yet to drive to Coolangatta and up to the hills. His manner was quite condescending.
I did not speak again as I was in considerable pain. I suggest that "the system" could do with some improvements to be more efficient and cost effective. Seems common sense is not a common thing. He drove south to Burleigh, then north to Robina and then south to Coolangatta?? He was obviously annoyed with me - as he drove away from our house he sounded the horn on the bus - late at night in quiet cul de sac. I do not recommend this "service".

You left a passenger standing on the road and then lied to operations and me about it. I am one of your agents and I’m horrified by the service you have provided

Con-Xion Shuttle Service from Gold Coast to Brisbane International Airport on 17/12/24 as usual provided excellent service and has for many years. Website is user friendly cost effective and service by Staff and Drivers Professional helpful and friendly. In another instance where my flight was delayed for a considerable time the shuttle waited for as long as they could but had no choice to leave due to having other clients on board. They called and text several times to advise and then organised another shuttle solely to collect me Exceptional Service !!!

My wife and I travelled from Brisbane airport to Labrador.
Driver waited 20 mins for us as plane was late arriving.
Wolf the driver, was a very courteous and capable driver, always considering needs of his passengers.
I found I'd lost my wallet on returning home and shortly thereafter I received a phone call from Wolf telling me he had found my wallet under my seat.
He returned it to me a couple of days later.
My wife and I have used Con-x-ion for about 5 years and have always found them to be courteous, reliable and capable

Do not book a CONXION transfer in Sydney as it is operated by Super Shuttle not CONXION. I paid CONXION for a return airport transfer and Super Shuttle would not accept my receipt and I had to pay again. CONXION refuse to refund my $19.00 payment inspite of many emails and phone calls to them. They will not be used again.

Cancelled my pick up from my Hotel Brisbane city center to BSE airport, because they wanted to pick me up in the middle of the night, five hours too early for my flight. When cancelled they said refund will take two weeks, now five weeks later still no refund!
A shame this company! Airports should cancel contracts with them, thieves!

Absolutely disgusting that in this day and age companies like this bully people into only being able to pay by credit card which adds additional cost to an already expensive product.
Customer service lady hung up on me twice for questioning the ability to pay by other means, they all say they record their conversations for training purposes, they should hear this one and see that is not the way to speak to a customer.

1) I booked a bus tick with con-x-ion from nr Southport to Gold Coast airport. I then booked flight ticked to Sydney to be in sync. Then the bus was cancelled at last minute and put on earlier middle of night bus! Had to wait nearly 3 hours for my original domestic flight!!
2) A few days later, booked flight back to Gold Coast airport from Sydney, after checking before with bus pick up and confirmed via email. Then they cancelled!!! I had to then at more expense 'change my flight' to another time to meet the earlier bus pick up time. Crazy!!!!
Not efficient or reliable.
Con job, not recommended.

Very unreliable and would suggest an alternate service if hoping to arrive at the time when booked. This company was quite good. Now very very unreliable! I originally booked for a pick up at 5pm. Two day prior they sent a text indicating a time change to 4pm pick up. A call to the operator mentioned there was bus /mechanical troubles. The day of the journey they sent me another text indicating pick up at 6.50pm! Arrival at the airport would mean less than 2 hours. I requested cancellation. The operator Piarna indicated that as wanted to cancel within 24 hours I could only get a credit!!!!!! Sooooo crazy. If you want to get to the airport on time at the time you booked I would recommend an alternate provider such as Redy2Go, shuttle fair etc. I won't be using this service again.

Receiving refund on a cancellation made more than 24 hours before the pick up date is proving hard to get despite emails to their email addresses asking for an update.
When you do call in you are promised resolution and nothing happens.
Very frustrating. Its been over 10 days now.
