How this company are still in business I do not know. It’s now over 12 months since he took my daughter’s broken computer, said he couldn’t repair it, then took nearly £3000 from her for a new computer. There was no new computer despite numerous promises to deliver it. We then requested a refund which was never forthcoming. In July I left a 1-star review on this site which clearly upset them, I subsequently received quite a few communications from them threatening to sue me for defamation and slander. Eventually they called me and promised to resolve the issue in November, when November came, they made another excuse and asked for a delay until December. Earlier this month they promised to refund the money on two occasions but still has not. I’ve sought legal advice and because of the mental anguish this has caused my daughter they recommended I try to reach an agreement out of court which clearly isn’t going to happen. I’m seeking further advice on what actions I can now take to seek redress, but the least I can do is warn other people not to give their hard-earned money to this business.

Absolute scammer. See his Google reviews too. After I went to the police about him stealing my laptop he threatened to burn my house down and got his brother Michael to threaten to bury me on my own land

After more than a year I finally have my PC back. Steve promused to fix it and bring it back to me a week after he took it for repair. He did every possible deflection and lie over 6 months to avoid admitting that he was bankrupt. I finally had the police go to his house to interview him. He told them it was in storage in Carew Lockbox. I contacted them and after they cleared it with their lawyers I finally have it back.

Purchased a system from Steven Grant, delivered an inferior product to what I purchased, said he would replace the parts needed to meet the system purchased, made several (7) appointments to bring the parts, never attended any due to various BS reasons, then we agreed he would post t hem for me to replace, again on around 5 occasions stated he had posted them or arranged a staff member to post them, but nothing ever arrived, has we were getting close to the legal 90 days I asked my bank to request my money back, at first they returned my money but once his bank stated I was happy with the product, (even though i showed my bank a large quantity of emails, text messages, and even proof I had asked for refund and to return the system) my bank then sent the money back, At this point we agreed the system he had provided was alot less value than what I paid, and He agreed to a refund for the difference, again this refund never arrived, again about 10 times he had stated he had sent the refund, I had given him the wrong bank details (BS), we still have not received the refund nearly 1 year later from purchase, My advise is stay clear of Steven Grant and what ever his companies are called, the guy couldn't Lie straight in bed. I have never heard so many BS excuses used for not attending appointments, the guy knows the law and will drag things out long enough to leave you with a smacked arse. he will probably scream defamation of character, but its only wrong when its not true.
Sadly have to give at least 1 star, but he doesn't deserve that. And just a warning has he mentioned it numerous times whenever I complained, he knows "Martial Arts", well this is the guy who choked out young boys, so not sure if he can handle an adult :P

Steven was puctual and provided a very friendly service. New what he was talking about.

Steven may be one of the most corrupt human beings I have ever met.

I spent almost 18 months of my life in an absolute state given what he’s put me through. I could write 4 A4 pages full of the experiences I had. (I should know, because that’s about how long my statement for the courts were).

A brief overview of what I went through: he had my laptop for about 5 months without contacting me and while the shop was completely locked, withheld my money, lied to mine, my partner’s and my father’s faces about what was going on, even up until my father and I went to a small claims court.

I had just quit alcoholism around this time, so naturally I was very anxious as a result, but this dude saw how anxious I was and seemed to just take advantage of that. Literal gaslighting and guilt tripping. Lies, deception and manipulation. He told me it was taking a toll on his mental health, which I would assume was to win my empathy. At the time I hadn’t fully recovered from alcoholism so I just went with it assuming I’d gone insane. Well guess what? I’ve had therapy now, and I can see it all for what it is. I must say, as someone who has gone as far as attempting before, it’s sickening that he’s using mental health as an excuse to do what he’s doing.

Steven, you can try and sue for slander all you like, but I have all the evidence that what I say is true. For the victims out there who are frustrated or anxious about what they’re going through, don’t worry. Justice will be served

Scam Alert! 🚨

We recently worked with a company called @Computer solutions, who promised to help us with our laptop issues (issue to be resolved within 48 hours). I paid £200 four weeks ago, and since then, they've taken my laptop and haven't returned it. As far as I know, it still isn’t fixed. In fact, I do not know where the laptop is. Yesterday, they gave me a replacement laptop, but it was broken too. I paid for repairs, but the person disappeared with my money and my laptop.

I did not want to have to post this as I don't like naming and shaming but I have been left with no choice. I am desperate to have my laptop back.

As a small independent business, we rely heavily on our laptop. I haven’t been able to take bookings for over a weeks due to this situation. This man has lied repeatedly, and I highly advise anyone against working with him. He already has bad reviews, and I wish I had listened to the red flags when he claimed to be a millionaire but seemed desperate for £200.

Lesson learned—please be cautious and do NOT fall for this scam. Avoid this company at all costs!

Worked for the guy.
Lied to employees about what was actually going on in the company. Stole money from clients. Quite literally STOLE money.

Refused to pay his employees. Would lie about his family being ill or dying to get out of paying employees or not helping clients out.

Faked proof of payments, falsified statements to authorities. Overall a sociopath that runs this company.

I want to warn others, especially young or vulnerable women, to stay well away from this man called Steve who completely took advantage of my daughters trust and vulnerability. He presented himself to my daughter as kind and helpful at first, but his true intentions quickly became clear – he was out to scam and exploit my daughter.

Steve manipulated her emotions, used lies and false promises to gain her trust, and then took her money and possessions without any intention of following through on what he said. When we tried to hold him accountable, he twisted the story, blamed me and my daughter, and disappeared once he got what he wanted.

We have now cut contact and stopped trying to get our money and possessions back from Steve or computer solutions as we clearly are not getting them back! Could go down the route of small claims court but it would be far too much stress on my daughter as she suffers with mental health.

This wasn’t just a financial scam – it was emotional manipulation and deceit. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially when they’re open and trusting. I’m sharing this to protect others from falling into the same trap.

If you come across Steve and something feels off – trust your gut. Don’t let him charm or pressure you into anything like he did with my daughter. Scammers like him prey on good people who believe in honesty and kindness. He thinks he’s a ladies man and can charm any woman, but he is a nothing but a big(literally) sweaty liar from what iv heard.

I’m not staying quiet. What he did was wrong, cowardly, and cruel — and people deserve to know the truth.

Set up my new laptop with Windows 11. Transferred all relevant documents from my old computer.
Apologised for delay in returning laptop due to illness.
Efficient and friendly service.

WARNING:This company is currently in trouble and Steve has let me down massively this past couple of months - to the point where I would label his work as fraudulent. He took a large sum of money from me to purchase a laptop 3 months ago with the promise of presenting it to me the following Wednesday....No laptop was purchased and not an ounce of proof that it exists. I chased the laptop multiple times and lies about its delivery consumed my days, with no result. I then asked for a full refund, and as usual Steve promised this would be back in my account by the end of the day. I have had no money returned. He had no intention of using my money for a laptop & I should have read the similar/recent trustpilot reviews rather than base my purchase on previous services from him. I am resorting to legal action to get my money back....so shop elsewhere is my advice & never deal with Steven Grant.

100% best company I’ve ever been to you get updates every day picked it up and dropped off to the house and didn’t take long to fully reset update windows 11 and a new ssd hard drive really happy with the service 😊 would recommend to anyone

It took me a long time to finally write a review after everything.

I wish I had seen all the reviews/ warnings before August.

Thanks to friends, family, and professional services I managed to get my pc back, waited with friend for 13 hours, this was after 2 weeks of trying to get my stuff back, being lied to, and very poor communication. I'm Sorry Steven but you need to seek serious help, we can't understand why you behave this way.

I'm one of the lucky ones and can move on from this, but I don't want anyone else to suffer or be preyed upon.

So an update on my situation. Since my last review Steven as promised me daily to give me back my money. HE even sent me a copy of a bank transfer, but surprise surprise it didn't clear. its a fake bank document, which is against the law to falsely represent a bank , so for the past 2 weeks, he as promised me that he has put the funds in my account, but again...you've guessed it. Now he thinks he is the victim. It is such a joke, you couldn't make it up. I even have a text from him telling me all I care about is MY money and that he feels like ending his life. Obviously I have worded it differently and not used the F word when typing this. So professional Steven
He said he was on the phone to a Doctor. What a load of BS. I have never come across such a person who can constantly lie and think they are the victim. He also threatened me with legal action as I feel he has stolen my money. Do it , I really don't care for your threats and being told he is a black belt. I hope that wasn't a threat towards me.
And he is certainly living up to his reviews of blocking people...Anyway this is to anyone who needs help, I have had some great advice and steps to recover my money. Just make sure you have digital text, emails , photos that will back you up and you will be able to recover what is rightfully yours. Visit the gov.uk website , trading standards and HMRC, they have great advice and people who will advice you on what to do next. They even have people on hand to represent you. He actually trades under a different company name, but just remember his name and you wont be scammed.I also found out some interesting information on the Companies House website.

Do not use this company. I used them for some minor work and they were very good so I went to them again and it was a farce.
I gave over my laptop for repair and upgrade in April and I had to chasing them for ages before I finally got my laptop back. To my horror I found that although my laptop was fixed they had not upgraded it with the ram and storage I had paid them for. They have stopped taking my calls so I am now having to look into other options of getting my money back at great annoyance.

Steven Grant is a fraud, He hires staff from South Africa and he fails to pay them. The biggest manipulator i've ever come across, He lies not only to his employees but to his clients too. DONT EVER THINK OF WORKING FOR THIS GUY, EVEN WORSE DONT EVER THINK OF DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM, TRUST ME YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET THE DAY YOU CAME ACROSS HIM AND HIS COMPANY!!!!
