Pleased with the service

Marion did a fantastic job replacing my broken Mac Book screen. He came to collect and dropped off and I was really impressed with the service. Can't recommend him highly enough! Thank you.

I had one of those scam warnings on my machine trying to get me to ring a bogus fake company to pretend to fix my comptuer. Instead I contacted Alex from this company. He has just left, computer cleaned up, and running better, scam warning etc have now gone. A fantastic and reliable service. 5 stars :)

I retract the previous review as the sales rep has explained in great detail the issues and returning the laptop to me.
I am happy at present with the response made from computer masters.
The laptop is due back Monday as unrepairable at present.

ZERO STARS. Partially deaf family member in their late 80's, had the misfortune to call this company (aka PC Masters, may use other names too) for help with their old printer & laptop. Marouane came to the house and took the device away for 'technicians' to fix it. 'They' couldn't fix it and gave him another old laptop in its place - a 15-year-old Toshiba machine. It does not work; you have to hold down random keys, and it will maybe start after about 10 minutes and is extremely slow, so now he is saddled with a completely useless machine. They did supply a decent HP box fresh printer but charged £35 over the RRP and another £35 to install. Overall, they charged £379!!!! We contacted them several times for a refund, but they won't respond to calls or messages. Their 'no fix no fee' and 'free call out' claims on their badly worded website mean nothing. Managed to get a statement of the 'work' conducted but it was utter nonsense. Could have purchased 2 brand new laptops and a printer (with change for print cartridges) for what this has cost, not to mention the stress. Exploiting vulnerable people is unacceptable. PLEASE AVOID!

I had a Samsung tablet where the casing was forced apart, apparently caused by a swollen battery due to being left on charge, so I was told. Anyway, they collected it told me it would be sorted in a few days. Five days later I received a voice note (which I kept) stating it was fixed and would be returned. Days again passed and I didn’t receive it , so I spoke with 3 different personal over a few days, that all said they worked for the company and they all gave me a story why there was still a problem with it, despite repeated false promises it wasn’t repaired and returned, so I asked them just to return the broken device to which they agreed. To this day which is over 3 weeks later, they haven’t returned the device, despite being told to on numerous occasions. I now have to assume it’s been stolen. They are LIARS and SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE under any circumstances

When they arrived at my house, I was told it couldn’t be fixed here and needed to be taken somewhere.
After loads of delays and chasing, it was eventually returned with a higher cost for the repair than what was quoted. It was never actually explained to me what was wrong. From what I can see all that was done was a selection of files etc were deleted/removed freeing up some memory.
When I got it back and realised that a whole load of things were now missing, all my texts were just ignored.

Very disappointing service. Collected my damaged USB stick (from which all data had been lost) on a Friday, initially said I would hear back by the Monday but I had to keep chasing and chasing. I was eventually told, on the Thursday, nearly one week after handing over the USB stick, that their recovery programmes had failed to retrieve anything. They returned it, and I had to pay £30 for their time.
I then handed the stick to a local computer repair shop who retrieved all the data within one day.

Marou fixed my laptop Quick, friendly and effective. Fair price ,Won't hesitate to use again

Marouane came quickly to help me reset my laptop because even though I have many many years experience, the world has moved on and I could not sort my problems. Well done to Marouane, all sorted very quickly.

Maro was very efficient and explained everthing in laymans terms.Very punctual and and knowledgeable.Also was very pleasant and polite.Would not hesitate to use him again.

Marouane came to fix and service my very high quality desktop computer. The job done was the best job I have ever had done by anybody ever in our very sad and third or fourth rate world currently dollowing the shamdemic.

His knowledge and attention to detail is way beyond any other people I have ever dealt with in the computer industry, many of whom are quite useless..

The job was done with the most precise attention to detail whilst we spoke about Islam and a great deal else.

My computer has been restored to better than when new. My files are in a far better state and I have learned more about computers in less than a couple of hours than I have learned in my entire life from most other people who are generally servants of the devil.Marouane was sent by God which is why I have entered into a unique arrangement where I will pay him a minimum of £100 per month and will pay much more over time. I gave him substantially obove what he talked to ne about because the best people desrrve a great deal more than the worst or the ordinary, Marouane is thwe very best.

I was prompted to do this review when a review appeared under my name that I did not write. It is extremely disappointing to find out that it is possible foir either fraudulent reviewsx cabn be posted or that reviewxs that are about a genuine experience can end up on the wrong persons page which does not say much about trust pilot

I have never met anyone from the computer industry who I have ever trusted really . Marou Is a unique and beautiful soul who I would trust with my life which today he has saved forever

I have just had a brilliant experience with MAROUAN know-how and ability to get you out of big time PC issues. I spent hours trying to fix a problem myself and eventually gave up. Along comes Tahir and fixes the problem plus some more. What a pleasant guy

Helps to replace notebook battery. Job done well in good time and reasonable price. Owner is knowledgeable and explains things well.
