Competent IT Partner

NetCentrix have been on a bit of a journey since Covid, however the team now seem much more stable and the service delivery is reflective of this. The first line triage team are now resolving many of the issues on the first call and the new customer portal allows your IT manager a 'one-stop' overview of the current open issues and projects.
Account manager is also strengthened, giving an escalation and project management / development function that was lacking previously.
We take a full M365 setup replacing our old remote desktop and it is a revolution.

Last year, The Climbing Hangar began the process of selecting a new Managed Service Provider. From the outset, we were clear that we were looking for more than just a service provider, we wanted a true partner. Superfast!!

I was supported by Connor today. I had had an issue on a previous day and Connor had contacted me, however the issue seemed to resolve itself before Connor could look at it. Connor replied saying just let me know if it happens again, and today it did. I emailed Connor and he was straight onto it and sorted. Couldn't ask for a speedier service and such a helpful pleasant person. Thanks Connor!

Helpful and Supportive Team

We've been with Elite/ Netcentrix for a few years now. Experienced highs and lows, but I think this is pretty standard across IT provisions to be honest, keeping up with all the latest tech & digital challenges that come with updates etc. We've always had support from our account managers, initially Steve, and for the past year Emma. Emma has been really fantastic, always there to support and help guide us to the correct persons to resolve a query/ answer a question. We've also had the pleasure of working with some other very helpful team members, Eve, Kirsten, Cal, Nathan, Dom, Ian to name a few. All in all, they will do all they can to help support/ resolve a situation,

Long lasting customers

We have been customers of MWL, Elite and now Netcentrix. Our service with MWL was great and we built good long lasting and trusting relationships. When Elite and Netcentrix took over, our service level we received started to reduce and many of the relationships we built gradually fell away. There has been some exceptional people at Elite and Netcentrix that really tried to keep us onboard and make things work, however this was beyond their control and the service never really got back to what we once had. Unfortunately we are now moving to another IT company due to our declining service over the past few years and I hope the service the company offers does improve to its customers still in the contracts.

Wouldn't recommend......

Having been a business customer of MWL, Elite and Netcentrix for many years, I have to say the overall experience hasn't been anywhere near what we would have expected and required as a business. We have had so many manager changes that promise they will be with us for the long-term for support but this hasn't been the case. Our logged tickets seem to disappear into thin air and we use our own time chasing and chasing for a resolution. I wouldn't recommend them based off our experience but then others may think differently. We have seen the majority of reliable team members leave the company and this in turn has had a negative impact all round. We are moving away as soon as our contract ends due to the lack of service and support we have experienced over the years.

Great Company

It's one of the worst companies

It's one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. Shambles of a company. Directors are only in it for the money. Don't care about employees or customers. Since they bought out MWL, within a year nearly 70% of the customers had left. All Billy Big K heads on the management board. If you go with them, you won't get the service you pay for. IT support is non-existent. You will not get the support you require.
