From contacting them to arranging collection of PC's, laptops, keyboards, screens and all cable and docking stations, the process was to quick and easy. Would definitely recommend. Oscar arrived to pick them up and was friendly and professional and confirmed what the next stages would be. Fabulous experience start to finish!

Friendly driver - Oscar 5* - came and collected all of the kit from 2 locations.
Once the kit has been wiped, CDE sent out and asset list and a data wipe certificate.
Wouldn't use any other company for IT recycling.

Good communication, professional service, pick up of equipment was great, and detailed Asset Register, Data Destruction Cert, and Waste Transfer Note were provided. It was just an easy, no hassle, good service that was provided.

We have had two bulk collections by CDE, both have been very easy to organise with Mel, who has been very helpful and quick to reply to emails, keeping us informed of our booking and collection slot etc.

We receive certificates of destruction for data drives etc which is needed as a business disposing of IT assets.

Today Dwain arrived exactly on time. He was very polite, friendly and helpful in removing all the equipment for recycling and we couldn't be happier with the service.

Excellent service to dispose of my organisations old IT equipment.

Moving house and needed to chuck out a pile of ancient laptops, tablets and phones for secure disposal. I messaged CDE in the evening, they rang me first thing in the morning and had already collected everything by lunchtime same day free of charge. Promptly emailed me receipts to confirm exactly what items they'd taken, and how the data had been destroyed. Absolutely perfect service I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

I've been using CDE for a few years now and only have great things to say about them. From dealing with Mel and Nick to arrange collection, through the actual collection, CDE are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and I really can't praise them enough. I've never had any issues, which is why they are my 'go to' company for WEEE collection.
