Really helpful company and genuine. Mel was super helpful throughout the whole process and always responded quickly. Oscar who picked up the tech was also lovely. Got all of the documents within a week and everything matched exactly. Best of all it cost us nothing for the whole process. We will definitely be using CDE again!

Excellent communication with this company prior to collection. Van arrive ontime. The handler was very pleasant, mindful of our building and doorways. Approx 110 Items plus accessories & cables, were collected swiftly. All items were counted, documented and signed for on collection. I then received full documentation with serial numbers of all items collected, and data destruction information for all items containing data. This was a seemless experience for us - I highly recommend this company.

Can't fault the service from CDE. Always book a timeslot through Mel, as she is lovely and so helpful. CDE can generally come to collect the equipment within a week which is great. Dwain on collection is really friendly with an super efficient collection process.

Thanks to Dwain and CDE we are now free of the burden of 90s PCs - it’s a Christmas miracle
