Aggressive, rude and incompetent
Aggressive, rude, and downright incompetent.
Comprende have done a really poor job of just being nice people who do a good job. My poor landlord is a sweet and lovely person and they have actively trying to Overcharge them, and have been caught directly lying about maintenance more than once. Right now I’m fixing for free the damage they have done because my land lord is so traumatised by what happens if you have the nerve to challenge them.
This started when I called to ask about the type of product used on the badly damaged floors because they have not been maintained in years, (over 70 flaws within 40m2) this defensive, overly aggressive, bully of a woman who actually had no clue about how to collaborate, problem solve, her legal responsibilities, or how conduct her self with calm hung up on me.
If not passive aggressive and over emotional, they are just cheats with a toxic boss who bullies people that stand up to her.
There are better companies out there.
