If I could rate this company zero stars, I would.
Poor communication throughout. Our flight was cancelled and I had arraged for a new flight on the same day but at a different time from a different terminal, although this wasn't Compareyourparkingdeals fault, trying to get hold of them to inform them of this change was a nightmare, we ended up having to leave it until we arrived at the airport to call the number provided for pick up and then drive to another location in order for it to be collected.
A week following our return from holiday, I recieved a fine through the post. This company had parked my car in a hotel car park for a duration of time (unknown reasons why??) and did not pay the hotels parking.
I contacted the company to inform them of this fine via phonecall and was informed they would pay it. I later had text messages with the company, to again confirm they would pay this time. Nearly a month later, this fine has still not been paid and I have had to take the parking charge further and provide proof that I was not the driver of the car and it was in fact Compareyourparkingdeals UK. I have reminded Compareyourparkingdeals UK several times about this fine and have not heard back from them since our first communications.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I booked parking through this company, i didn't realize at the time its a broker company so they don't except any responsibility. One of the companies on their books is -SC Parking LTD- my advise to anyone is to avoid this company, its probably the worst experience I've ever had , when i returned from holiday i called them to drop off my car as our plan had just landed- only to be told my car had been involved in a crash. Stansted Airport - they told me the car was being repaired this was not the case, they never made any attempt to repair it, i had to go back to collect it from Southampton - I'm now in the process of going to court, there is so much more i could write - please be careful avoid these companies at all costs.

Booked at Heathrow Terminal 3. Dropped off the car no problem but on return I rang while we were picking up the bags as per instructions on the email, was told the car would be 25 minutes. We arrived at the pick up point and waited 1 1/2 hours for the car to finally arrive. During that time we called various mobile numbers that we had been previously called on for updates- mostly no answer or we were told that they would text the number of the driver so we could speak to him directly only to find out that we still weren’t speaking to the driver. However the person on the phone could tell us that ‘he would be 15 minutes’ despite not speaking to him or knowing which car we were waiting for.
We were also called during the time we were waiting by someone saying he had arrived but he had a different car.
Having read the reviews whilst waiting we were getting worried. The car then arrived strangely only having 2 miles more on the clock than when we left it and exactly the same charge range (electric). Begs the question- where had the car been and why did it take so long to get to us???
Luckily no problems with bodywork or dirty interior.
A lucky escape for us compared to some reviews but a terrible, terrible service.

I used the site to find a meet and great provider in June 2026 to park at Heathrow till July. I wanted to extend our parking to Aug and used the providers WhatsApp number as well as email address, but did not hear back. CYPD does not respond as well. If you want peace of mind probably better to use other webpages.

Never ever ever use this company. I used them at the end of May, they were very late to collect both depart and land.

But the worst part, a few days ago, 22nd July, these thieves randomly charged my card £80. I try to call, instantly goes to user busy, no reply to emails. Never ever use them, they are cheap bandits for a reason.

Good car park easy to find and quick airport service

This is a scam website, it appears as a comparison site, showing lots of options & providers - whereas all bookings go through to the same place.
My vehicle was damaged, filthy and left unattended with the keys on the drivers wheel upon collection.

The reviews on the website are fake - it doesn't allow you to submit a poor review.

When raising a complaint they just ignore you.

DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS. Making the holiday experience go bad completely. Hidden charges not disclosed then blaming the other company, not replying to emails, not professional at all. If you want to avoid frustration please use another company

SCAMMERS - had to recall payment with my credit card from these scammers. You have been warned!

Do not use!!!! Absolute nightmare to get hold of, and when you do none of them are good at understanding or speaking English. Still waiting for a refund after 9 days yet they took the payment immediately how convenient. Avoid avoid avoid

Used this site to book meet and greet parking the company showed us as 5* but unfortunately was left with a £100 parking charge as their driver took car through unauthorised area and refused to pay telling me it’s my duty to pay

Hidden charges. I booked at £44 pounds but what they fail to mention is the additional 'airport' charges there and back another £10 each way. This made the quote to park at Stansted (3 min walk to terminal) comparable. So I cancelled but they won't refund my money, they won't even aknowledge my emails.

It’s fraud company, there was no one at airport and authority said it’s fraud. Given number was not reachable

Easy to use, worked well for us. Guy was waiting to pick up our car when we arrived. On return our car arrived less than ten minutes after we called to confirm we were through baggage claim.

I have rogue company"s like this on the TV..I never thought for once would become a victim. Used car without consent, on return car was in completely different very dodgy car Park, 3/4 miles down road despite being assured would not be moved..Charged £14 drop off/pick up, NOT ADVERTISED!!! Only to be dropped off in some old dirty converted builders van, sharing with other "unfortunate" customers. Clearly making a lot of money from drop offs alone.. Need shutting down for good. I am on to Trading Standards as it is.. 2026 this is NOT acceptable!!!!

This is a scam site they take your money then tell you there are addtional parking fees on on the day. Their company is dissolved as 2025 they are still trading

Please do not use these robbers.
I paid to enter the ulez area and they drove my car the day before resulting in me having to pay £90 fine.
Spoke to London transport zone and because I did not report my car as being stolen I am responsible for the fine.
PLEASE KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THEM.

I was not informed of the additional charges for parking short stay at the time of booking, which added an additional £16 (£8 drop off and pick up). This therefore was not as cheap as it appeared. I think this company should be upfront and honest.
My car was received back extremely dirty and covered in foliage when it was dropped off clean.
