Easy to book
Easy to book. When the date and time of our travel arrived, it was again easy to drive to the terminal wait in the queue and then drive onto the ferry. Journey was as expected. Good sailing trip and smooth again easy to drive off. No problems. All good

I tried for 4 hours to book a ferry…
I tried for 4 hours to book a ferry crossing, for a van and trailer, every time got as far as payment then something went wrong, in the end after trying a few times to ring, and being cut off, trying the live chats, someone rang me back, saying I am not able to book ferry crossings with a trailer on line, even thought the options are there, and then the price had gone up by more than £110 pounds

Going as a foot passenger is not for the elderly or infirm. There are lots of steps, lots of walking involved. Getting on & off buses not easy with luggage. Border force checks in Calais a nightmare. I am elderly & travelled alone so no one to assist me & found it very difficult.

Got us from A-B but a little chaotic
Got us from A-B but a little chaotic. I was a foot passenger and the check in, passport control and making to the boat was very long. We were packed in like sardines on the bus and it took over an hour. The boat was very very dated, a little unclean and very expensive on board.

Cross Channel booking
Really easy to use website and clear pricing of all options/deals when booking a cross channel ferry.
Very competitive prices - so very happy, would recommend.

Easy booking service
Easy booking service initially - would have been better if the flexible tickets we bought could have been changed online as well as by phone as we tried to contact outside office hours. Generally straightforward though.
