He also offered me some good advice and options for critical life cover, which I will take out as soon as I am financially able. I am very pleased with the way the agent (Zayne) explained everything about the insurance, what the benefits are, what the insurance pays out & when, why we needed the medical visit, etc. It was done in a very professional manner & the follow up calls again explained well.
