Harvey arranged a re-mortgage for us. Harvey was very helpful and made the process quite easy and smooth. Harvey was full of great advise and also helped us arrange one of our buy to let mortgages too. I would highly recommend HLC.

Harvey was a great support for us buying our first house. We did not have a clue what was needed or required. He made the process easy and simple. I cannot recommend him enough should you need support and guidance. He was always on the end of the phone and provided regular updates to get us the best deal possible. If we require any assistance in the future we will be in contact with Harvey.

Great experience using HLC Mortgages for our re-mortgage. We dealt with Steve Hunter, Harvey Bassi and Rachel Levett who were all very professional and proactive in responses to questions. They chased up the new mortgage lender and their conveyancers in a timely manner and we completed on time with no issues!

We are first time buyers looking to get on the ladder and we had an appt booked with Jody after a poor service with another mortgage broker company who said it would take months or longer to get an AIP and gave us some bad advice to close some of our accounts. We sat with Jody who was absolutely lovely and welcoming and explained our situation and previous service. She reassured us and notified us of the benefits of be a whole of market broker.
She went through all our information and detailed the next steps of our journey and got to know us and a little about our family. She was absolutely brilliant. We entered the appointment feeling low and little hopes of finding a mortgage and feeling it was not in our reach. Jody was honest and gave us realistic expectations and a promise to keep communication open throughout the whole process. I am recently married and my maiden name has not changed over fully yet and Jody explained the impacts this could have on my credit file. I wasn't even aware of the implications. We left the appointment feeling more happier and with a little more hope and so happy we had taken the opportunity to seek further advice with Jody. Less than 24 hours after our appt, Jody got in touch and informed us we had been offered a AIP of our required amount with our deposit. We are absolutely delighted and now can house hunt for our first home! Im hoping this fantastic journey and service continues through to us signing and moving in. Thank you so much Jody, I look forward to our next part of our journey with you by our side and guiding us!

Literally restored our hopes and dreams! If you are a first time buyer and been told you cant get an AIP elsewhere do not give up and try a whole of market broker like Jody!
