My experience with this company has been limited so far but today I received a call from Jasmine. I can say that Jasmine was very understanding of where my business is at this moment in time and has arranged for a follow up call from one of their partner firms with a 2nd follow up call later this year from Jasmine again to see if they can offer more assistance so far very happy with the service provided

Jasmine Street came across as very understanding and friendly. Although they could not help me right now, she did not try to push me into a contract. We arranged for jasmine to call me next year. I look forward to that conversation.

Most companies were ok some just kept on & on I know they want custom but there a little pushy which put me off them as long as the companies I have agreed to work with do what they say I'll be happy although still waiting for Daisy to return to me with costings originally it was my fault due to illness but now its been nearly a week since I last heard anything regarding our internet

I foolishly filled out a form for a quote from this company about a waste disposal contract years ago, as they seemed like a real company. The guy I spoke to sounded professional but gave me a monthly quote that was about the same as the clinic I was working at was paying a year. That’s considering they were a multi clinician business with several treating rooms and I was trying to set up as a sole trader. Obviously I decided not to bother. I barely ever got scam phonecalls before that and since then I have had all sorts of dodgey callers so obviously they sold my contact details to (other) criminals too. As others have said, they are still hounding me with threatening sounding emails pretty much every single day since October 2023 (2 1/2 years ago). I can only fill out a review for an experience in the past twelve months so what I’m specifically complaining about here is an email sent on 8th of May entitled “ ACTION REQUIRED: We have been trying to contact your business...” apparently from “Chris Walker” which is then trying to sell me broadband. Just one example of hundreds of emails, which I dare not even unsubscribe to as the link is probably dodgey as well.
