I have ordered 2 weeks ago and still didn’t receive any shipping or tracking information. When I ask for the update just received an automated reply saying nothing about my order. For sure it’s a scam. Never buy anything from them.

Did not receive my order when I ordered it over a wk ago and paid for expedited shipping. Scam company or just another company shipping from overseas targeting Americans.

If you don’t listen to my review PLEASE Listen to all the others left here. This “company” is a total scam.
You pay for expedited shipping which clearly states 3-5 business days for shipping.
I reached out to them when I didn’t receive my order and they had the audacity to tell me it’s 3-5 days for processing and shipping takes 15-21 days.

No where when placing the order says this and it clearly states expedited shipping 3-5 business days. That’s it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Wish I had done my research. Ordered pajamas and was told it would take 7-10 days, it is now day 15.

Wish I had looked this company up more before buying. My order arrived but the pajamas are terrible. I have tried many many times to return and be unable. Buy elsewhere

I ordered 4 pajamas from the company on Dec 4th. This is still sitting in customs coming from China. Didn't get in time for my son's pajama party at school and I'm pretty sure it won't even arrive in time for Xmas. Of course you just get an auto generated response when you email them which comes from an email titled Premier Trust Store which is not Comfy Pajama.

They DO NOT DESERVE a 1. I bought 5 sets of Christmas pajamas for our daughter’s family. Ordered from a Nevada company it appeared. To receive in ten days or less.
I ordered over twenty days ago and no pjs. Trying to contact is worthless. They are also in China!!! 😡

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It’s a total scam. I spent $245 plus an extra $19.99 for 3-5 day delivery…. It’s been over a week and the order hasn’t even been sent out, the customer service is not responding to any emails after days and I googled this company and apparently this is their MO! We ordered these for our family for Christmas pictures!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am going to dispute this. So disappointed!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS! They will take your money. Say your order has been processed and never give shipping information. Takes 4 days minimum before any response via email. This company is a full scam

It’s as if they are not a real company. Website says you will receive items in ten days. They take your money, don’t ship until a month passes all the while trying to cancel bc I found out there garbage pajamas come from China and never shipped. It’s been ‘shipping for two weeks’ and they are making me pay to ship it back and pay for customs. It hasn’t arrived yet either. Terrible fraudulent company. Do not purchase from them!

Placed an order and it stated ships within 3-5 business days. If you don’t receive a shipping notification contact us.

10 days. No notifications. No phone number. Robo emails do not address the questions.

I’ve sent message several days in a row to “cancel” and nothing.

This company is a SCAM. I can’t believe I fell for it in a holiday shopping rush.

Lost $160. Working through credit card to challenge but what a pain.

Worst customer service ever! i tried to order family pajamas and i was ordering 14 sets which are very expensive when you are ordering that many. I kept getting coupon discount text and finally received on for 50% off however it would NOT discount all i tried emailing the company long story short 3 weeks later nothing resolved and their robot emails dont even understand my question and obviously they are not trying to "actually" give this discount

I ordered two pair of pajamas from this company vases on Facebook reviews. I was going on vacation with family and was looking for comfortable pajamas. I found what I thought would be the perfect pajama sets and was excited to receive them. I have ordered clothing online previously so I was sure to refer to the sizing chart. I made sure the sizing reflected my measurements and ordered two pair of pajamas. It took over 3 weeks to receive my order and the pajamas were much smaller then the sizing chart indicated. I reached out to customer service to inquire about a return since there was no information included in the packaging. I was required to submit photos of the merchandise received and verification of my order. I quickly replied and received a response stating I could I could keep the merchandise for a 15% or refund, return the merchandise $25% credit. Not sure what I am supposed to do with two pair of pajamas that do not fit Mr or why a 15 or 25% refund is justified when I did use their sizing chart that was obvious incorrect. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from this site again and I would caution any one else from purchasing as well. Although I was led to believe these item were made in the US, I was told when trying to return, they had moved their shipping to China?? Please be careful when purchasing from this company!

Worst experience I've had online shopping to date. Merchandise arrived after Christmas when I needed them and wasn't even the patterns I ordered. They said "oh, we didn't have the one you wanted in your size so we provide a comparable variant". What? This is matching pajamas! No point in them if two out of the five people have different PJs. They made me jump through hoops to even tell me if I can return it. Then, they make you send BACK TO CHINA when the label it came from was a US Address. It cost me $80!!! Then, of course they didn't get it. It's lost at customs, etc etc. Once they claim to have finally found it, they said they tried to refund me but my original form of payment was no longer active. That's a flat out LIE. I'm now out almost $300 and don't even have the crummy pajamas anymore since I sent them back. Just to get to this point took 4 months of back and forth. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

BEWARE IF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. I ordered two pair of pajamas in different colors. I received an email with a pic of two of the same color. I emailed them back that they were suppose to be two different colors. I received another email showing the two colors. I ordered them on February 27 and finally received the package on March 13 with two identical pair of pajamas. I have sent six or seven emails noting the issue and have received no response. There is no telephone number to contact them. I originally got emails from premier trust which I have no idea how they are connected to my comfy pajamas. BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FEOM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

First of all..Beware...this company is not from Australia, as indicated. I purchased pajamas for Christmas and paid extra to have them arrive before Christmas. Purchased 12/13/23 arrived 12/29/23. They arrived just before New Years! I tried to reach the via the phone numbers I could find. One was a telemarketing number and the other a non working number. E mails were answered by various "companies" non carrying the same name. All I wanted was to return the items and get my refund (over $240 U.S.). I was told I would have to return the items to SHANGHAI even though the package said US. Since I purchased through Pay Pal, I filed a dispute through them after sever attempts to rectify via the company. I just received notice that Pay Pal sided with them... I continue to dispute the decision, but I can't say as I feel I will get much satisfaction, so here I am out a good amount of money for a product that did not arrive as stated and from what I have seen is crap and I would not give to anyone...Not worth the money paid, even at a discount...SCAM SCAM SCAM...beware.

My problem started when I received my order. The materials were not as specified. Their sizing chart states one thing but the size received was too small. I immediately sent through a request for exchange and I’ve been going back and forth with their canned responses only to be told after more than 20 days that they had moved their return department back to China; they did not supply return labels, nor would they provide a return to address when requested. Since I normally only shop with suppliers I’m familiar with, I hadn’t checked the company out for complaints. Wish I had, could have saved a few dollars and a lot of aggravation. I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this company.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
Their canned responses to my detailed emails I sent are not helpful. No telephone number to call them. No personal understanding.
They want me to send a photo or video to show them why the garment doesn’t fit! The material is also not cotton for one of the items that clearly is shown in the information about the pyjamas that I bought .

I ordered pajamas for Christmas and paid extra for expedited shipping so I have them for Christmas Eve. I did not receive them until two weeks after Christmas. They don’t tell you that every item comes from China. I asked for a full refund and all I got was canned email responses. This whole company is a house of cards. You cannot talk to anyone and like I said before every email I got was a canned response. Not even relevant to my issue. Do not do business with this company. Lots of other sites had the pajamas that I wanted, for whatever reason I picked this company and I regret it. Run don’t walk away from this company.

One star is too many. It took TWO months to get the product and then it was the WRONG product. When I asked about it, they said what I ordered was out of stock so I got this. I didn't want that, I wanted what I ordered. When I asked for a refund, they said they could give me a 10% refund or a gift card (no thanks, I don't want to order from ya'll ever again). I could return it for an exchange but I would have to pay shipping to China. Customer service SUCKS.
