Our experience was the same as so many other reviews. Our order was placed on Dec.1 and we even received shipping updates that indicated we would receive the product by Christmas—just to find out it was being (re?)shipped on December 26! Didn’t receive it until January 7. Then I’m told we need to pay for return shipping— to China! What?? I’ve never experienced such a poor company with terrible policies. We screw you out of your Christmas tradition, then make you pay to send back your product to China! Buyer beware!!

My mom had ordered a set of pjs for Christmas to surprise the family with matching pajamas. I see a lot of people saying they never received it but for us it took a couple weeks and we did get it. However, the fabric is not flannel at all and is a cheap material for spring. It does not look at all what the picture shows. So that was a complete bummer. On top of the fabric issue, they messed up one of the shirts with a different color red, and the bottoms of the pajamas are a completely different pattern. If you return it, they do not pay for shipping and you have to ship it to China as that’s where their warehouse is yet they are based in the U.S. I have no idea how much that would cost as well but said they would either give us 20% back or give a 50% gift card to shop on their site. So I’ll see if they live up to that. Regardless I would avoid this company.

I failed to look for reviews before placing an expedited order on 12/16, which was promised by Christmas. As of January 8th, I have not received my order and the company (one response to my multiple emails) states that my order cannot be cancelled as it is already in transit- though 'delayed'.
Yes, this is a scam. And the only possible recourse, it seems, would be to fight the charge through one's credit card company/bank, if the order was paid by
credit or debit card.

Total Scam. Same experience as others. Ordered in early December with 3-5 expedited delivery. I just received my order today 1/4. I received the wrong item. I tried several times to cancel my order over the last 3 weeks and got no response. My email communication from the company started as “My Comfy Pajama’s” but over the last week the emails were from another email address, an individual named “Samantha”. I wish there was a way for us all to get our money back and put these crooks in jail. They show an address on their website from Sparks, Nevada. Has anybody verified if this address is legit?

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Took over 4 weeks to receive the order, which didn't allow time for photos. Apparently men's large and women's large are the same size. The fabric is also not what you'd expect. It's impossible to get thru to customer service for a return.
Do not order from them!

I ordered matching family Christmas jammies for 5 people on December 2nd. It is now January 3rd and they still haven't arrived. I have asked for a refund and have not gotten any response except the tracking # for my products that aren't here and not needed at this point.

Really wished I took the time to read the reviews. It’s been a month and I paid for 4-5 day shipping and I still have not received anything. They are real scammers… save your money time and energy and look else where!!!!!!

Well I feel like an idiot for not reading the reviews. Same experience as others and also paid for expedited shipping 2 weeks ago and they are still in China! Horrible

Would give zero stars if possible. Total scam. I’m taking it up with my credit card company. Paid for expedited 2 day shipping and am yet to receive anything.

An absolute scam. Ordered $300 worth of pajamas for 7 people and paid huge money for 3-5 day shipping and I got an email that they'd received the order and 3 weeks later (well after Christmas) they've still not even shipped out, and the company is giving me the run around on a refund. None of the kids will be the same size for Christmas next year, what a huge waste of money and time.

I agree with so many others! I ordered in early November and the Christmas pajamas were finally delivered yesterday, Friday, December 27th. Not in time for their Christmas card, not in time for Christmas Eve, not in time for Christmas Day. Completely obsolete now as the baby won't be in this size for long...so they're useless for next year! Save your money or order in April!

This site is a joke. I ordered pajamas for Christmas on Nov 4. I received notification that they had been delivered 12/17. They were NOT delivered until 12/26. Returns are impossible as the company ships directly from China and has a whole page of things you must do to return items, and there is no return address. This company is a total rip off.

Worst company ever. This company is a scam. I ordered from them at the beginning of Dec. when they said their product would ship in 3 to 5 business days. It's December 27th and still no pajamas. This is a SCAM! Don't order from them.

Ordered family pajamas and one month later they never showed up. Company says that it is located in Nevada, but it is located in China. It also said that orders will arrive in 7-10 business days. Not true. Can’t comment on quality of product since it never came.

I ordered 4 sets of Christmas Pajamas that said “Merry Christmas Ya Filthy Animal” on 11/14 and received 4 sets of pajamas on 12/10 that say “Dear Santa The’s Merry Christmas”. I emailed them immediately stating g that that I needed replacements by 12/23 or a complete refund. Finally after 2 weeks I received a response (12/26) stating that they have shipped a similar replacement and for my inconvenience they are offering me 20% refund or 50% gift card to shop with them again. I have filed a complaint with BBB and responded to their email that replacements are too late and I wanted a refund. Do not buy from this company.

Order 6 pairs of Christmas pj’s and it is December 26 and no pajamas. I should have research this company more thoroughly. Had I realized they were coming from China, I wouldn’t have ordered from them. Reading the reviews, I realize this is how they operate.

I ordered 14/12 with additional payment for shipping within 3 days! And now it’s Christmas and no show!

SCAM! NO customer feedback other than an auto reply from zendesk! Stay away from sites like this…..

Christmas Eve and no pajamas. This apparently is a scam company. They should be investigated. I counted on getting these pajamas. I feel sure a return will be impossible. Do they just steal your money? My son is a lawyer…

This is a fake company. They use a 3rd party tracking number that will
show delivered and a fake USPS tracking number. Paypal wont honor the refund because it says delivered. Do not buy from here

Ordered on 12/4/24 and it’s now 12/23/24 and still no delivery!! I ordered 5!! No updates, nothing! Wrote asking for a refund and by the sounds of other reviews, that’s not going to get answered either! So sick of scammers and low ranking businesses stealing people’s money and doing whatever the hell they want! I’m going to have to thoroughly check out all online businesses before buying from them here on out.
