This place is a complete joke!! Do yourself a favor don’t order from here! Waited a month for the pant.definitely not what we ordered!!! To get my money back you have to mail to China at YOUR expense and will not get you refund processed until they receive the item back!! Complete waste of money 🤬🤬

If I could give these pants a -0 that would still be too many stars! Worst pants I have ever seen in my life in my opinion! I ordered from Palcomfy on the internet and usually do not even consider those pop up adds! Should have stuck to my routine and ignored the add but they looked like the perfect pants. A big NOT!

These are junk! Waited forever for shipping. These are not Judy blue jeans!!! Company wants you to pay return shipping on merchandise that is falsely advertised.
Then only want to give partial return or credit. The pants I received were junk!

I waited over a month for my order AFTER my credit card was charged. They were to be Judy Blue jeans. They are not Judy Blue! They were not the size I ordered. They were not the color I ordered. In order to return I must send to CHINA with a tracking number within 30 days of the order. I didn't receive them within 30 days of the order so they don't qualify to return.

If i could give a zero I would. It says New York on their website and their address label, but it's China. I ordered 3 pairs of Judy Blue jeans and they are not Judy Blue jeans and definitely cheaply made in every way possible. I contacted them and they said only way I can get my refund is to return to China. NOPE i won't pay again to be conned. DONT FALL FOR THEIR CRAP- they lie and don't sell the items they advertise.

I will never order again. I have been waiting over a month for my jeans and the system would not let me correct my address in the system even after I had put the correct address and it still would not accept it. Did not notice it did not accept it until after I submitted and paid. Very upset and anytime that I see I commercial for Judy Blum jeans I will make sure I post do not buy.

The pants I ordered didn't look like the pants I received. The shipping took forever. We'll see how the return goes...

If I could give zero stars, that’s exactly what they would get! I ordered 2 pair of Judy Blue Jeans. The picture looked just like them but what I received was crap. Thin material stretchy leggings that looked like my ten year old niece made them. I can’t get them to reply to an email for a return. I called and spoke to a customer service rep. He said I would receive an email with return directions. Never received that either. I will have to deal with the loss but I WILL NEVER order from them again and I will let everyone know how crappy their products are and lack of return efforts. This is why I order from Amazon!

After waiting close to 28 days- I received a pair of bo name - no tag jeans. I order AND PAID for JUDY BLUE jeans! And after several attempts of trying to get a return Email I finally got an email stating that they can give me 20% back and keep the jeans or 50% on a gift card to them or pay to ship them back to China. This is a load of crap I paid for Judy blues I wanted Judy blues not a pair of no name jeans.

If there were 0 ⭐️ that’s their review. After 30 days I received a pair of jeans without any type of tag, not even content or care tags, after ordering Judy Blue stretchy butt lifting, tummy control. Like another review I read the fabric is thin and they sizing is wrong. It takes forever for them to get back to you after emailing the return email they offer. I was not able to “log in” to my account as I did not make one but there also is not a place to put in your invoice number to make a claim. The company is terrible. Not worth the discount for sure.
They finally offered me a 50% off coupon or a refund of 20%. I took neither. They are not responding now.

After one month and one week I finally received my order. I placed an order for two pairs of Judy Blue Jeans based on the description and images provided. However, upon receiving my order, I noticed that the items I received are made of a very thin jean-like material, which does not match the expected quality of Judy Blue Jeans.

Additionally, Judy Blue Jeans are known for running large, so I ordered accordingly. Unfortunately, the pants I received are too small and do not fit as expected.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I can take accountability for the fact that I should have read reviews before ordering from this company. Unfortunately, I now realize that all of the terrible reviews are completely and100 percent accurate. I have no idea what I just received, but I don't think they are Judy Blue jeans. They don't even look like the pictures. These people are liars too. They will give you the run around with their automated emails saying that they stand by their products. I sincerely hope this place goes out of business for their shady business practices.

Wish it could be ZERO! They lead you to believe they are in the US but they are not. No communication. Auto generated emails promise orders are processed in 3 to 5 days and products to be shipped within 7 to 10 days NO THEY DO NOT! This site is a SCAM!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR .ONEY

Scam. Don't even bother. I never got my jeans, they don't respond to emails regarding tracking.

I ordered pants on January 21st it is now February 22 nd. I have emailed them plenty of times to the point i just wanted a refund. Their answer was always the same. The last time i get played by another country again. I’m really mad about all of this. You can’t even get your money back!!!

I placed an order on January 20, 2025, and as of today, February 20, 2025, I have yet to receive it. Despite multiple attempts over the past two weeks to cancel the order and request a refund, my requests have been denied.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am disappointed by the lack of resolution

I wish I could give this company amongst other China based companies less than a zero, Jeans are crap. Not the correct sizing and they shouldn't be allowed to advertise such bs claims. I agree with others with quality as well. They were made by Chinese children. Horrible to say so but I'm sure this is the case. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE scammers. Customer service does not have international shipping and by the time they allow you to return the items your have paid double or triple. They gave me this long process for allow any kind of a return. DO not use Payal because they do not back you up for any reason. I will not use PAYPAL either anymore!!!! NEVER! BE AWARE!

I ordered 15 days ago. They processed my payment day 1 and I have contacted them 4 times about my order and I just get a a scripted reply. There isn’t a way to look up your order on their web site. That’s a red flag!
