I ordered two pairs of pants, and they are way too small. Not true to size. I went to send them back and got a response that I have to mail them to China. By the time I pay for shipping, I'll hardly get any refund, so I'm going to donate them instead. I'd rather someone get use out of them rather than this company taking my money and having their product returned to just resell to some other sucker.

Total Scam. They're using the models from the Revice Denim website to sell knockoff, non denim, screenprinted cheap imitations. The overalls we bought didn't even have pockets.

I ordered 2 pair of Judy blue jeans. Super thin material definitely not a true Judy blue. I have tried several times to get a response on how to send them back but no answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I had read the reviews first

SCAM ALERT!!!! Do not order from this company I ordered a pair of Judy Blue jeans from them and it took 3 weeks to get them. The jeans were definitely not Judy Blue. They looked like they had been sewn together in someone's garage, in China. There were no brnad name tags on the jeans or even a tag with the size. When I tried to return them I was told I would be given a 20% refund or a 50% store credit and had to return them to China, despite the "100% Money Back Guarantee" and "Easy Returns" that is listed on the website. After a couple of back and forth emails getting no where I called the credit card company and opened a dispute. You can go to the Judy Blue website and click on Authorized Dealers and you can put in a company name and it will let you know if it's a scam or not. I found this while gathering information for my dispute. They use false advertising and send you inferior products, which China is known for. I don't even know how this company is even in business! I would be willing to bet there are NO happy customers. I will NEVER order anything from this company again.

Ordered pants April 3rd. It is May 19th and still not here. Now I'm reading if I do get anything it will be cheap knock offs. I would never recommend and will follow up with credit card company

When I went on the website Comfycargopants.com all the reviews were 5 stars, not one 1 star. I knew something was wrong so I checked this website. I'm so glad I checked. I won't be ordering from them. Thank you so much for the warnings, saved time, money, and a headache. !!!!!!!!

SCAM!!!! They falsely advertised their products but the reality is that they are cheap and itchy fabric! And their return process is the worst! The Customer has to pay for returns to an address in China and email the company a photo of your tracking receipt/number!

I ordered 3 pair of JUDY BLUE jeans for my wife, when they arrived they are not JUDY BLUE jeans and they were the wrong size.

I ordered what I believed were Judy Blue jeans, but quickly realized something was off. Just minutes after placing my order, I checked the reviews and saw red flags. I attempted to cancel immediately but only received a generic auto-response. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was later informed the order was being processed—completely ignoring my cancellation request.
It took 3 weeks for the jeans to arrive, and they were definitely not Judy Blues—cheap knockoffs at best. Total scam. Poor customer service, deceptive advertising, and subpar products. Do not order from this company. Save your money and shop somewhere reputable.

This company is a scam site. Don't buy anything from them because you won't get it and they don't refund your money. I ordered 3 pair of comfy cargo pants on march 7th they sent a tracking # from China emailed my they had been delivered but they hadn't. I contacted them 30 times and got the same answer. Went to the post office they said it had to have a us tracking number once it went through customs so I told them about that. Then they sent me a false tracking number bit it never arrived. Post office checked into the false tracking number that did not have my name or address on the number. Found out they falsified tracking number and delivery. Stay away from this company. They only have a a 1.0 rating and I don't know how they even got that

I ordered 2 pair of insulated pants in blue. I received yellow. Poor quality. I messaged them about returning them and was told I could return them to an address in China. It would cost $329 to return them. I tried the phone number which goes to a busy signal and then cuts me off.

Cheap, rough, material on the jeans. They fitted really badly, huge gap at back and massive around upper leg. But they come from China, so your only option is to mail them back to China. Then they ask for photographs of the garment next to another garment of yours to prove they don't fit. And photographs of the labels.

Item took longer to arrive than what was on their website by over a week, and that’s taking into consideration 10-15 business days and going off of 15 business days. Item does not come from NY as their website indicates, it comes from China and returns must be made to China. Was able to dispute with my credit card company and receive full refund. Their refund policy is also 30 days from date of purchase and my item arrived AFTER the 30 days. They would also not issue a RMA which their website indicates it is required for refunds.

They are selling Judy Blue brand jeans and you will receive cheap thin non branded pants then tell you that they are "inspired" by Judy Blue. You will not get a refund. They offer 20% back. Still waiting for it.

Ordered Judy Blue jeans and what they sent were the awful. No tag on them, made out of cheap material. Contacted them by email and they responded with three options. Once I picked which option that I would settle for they quit responding. I turned it in to PayPal to see if they could help get my money back and all they want to know is why I waited so long to try to contact them. I placed my order in Oct 2024 and contacted PayPal in Feb 2025 -- I had been waiting on Comfy Cargo Pants to respond to my email. So there---They know what they are doing - ripping people off and getting by with it

I accidentally ordered two snow bibs from them. Emailed them to cancel my items. They said i have to wait to receive them and then return. Finally came in a month later. Whatever... Once they came in was completely the wrong color. And now cant find the original email so have no way of returning them. Waisted a 100$ NO NOT BUY FROM THEM. COMPLETE SCAM.

Seriously a joke! I ordered Judy Blue jeans and received Nova Blue jeans! Total mis representation! Horrible quality!
I have Judy Blue jeans and the quality and fit are fabulous!
These don't come close to fitting! I would give this website negative 10 stars!

If I COULD rate this website a ZERO I totally would. They listed jeans by a brand that I wanted. They showed them with a description that was exactly like a pair of these jeans that I already owned. I ordered them and over the next two weeks they kept sending me emails asking for $10 to get quicker shipping and discounts on more purchases. I didn't want more purchases. I wanted my jeans. They came a month after I ordered them and they were NOTHING like what I ordered. They were no name, poor quality, ugly jeans. They came and felt dusty! HORRIBLE! Returning them was a nightmare and I got $11 back after spending $68 because they said they had changed their location from the US to China. It was a CLUSTER! NEVER SHOP THERE!
