Good product service good. I would have given it five stars if it wasn't so expensive. It was also a perfect fit for my body.

The bed and the accompanying gentleman giving details was excellent and I am happy with my purchase. I can lie in bed and position myself to my comfort.

The chair was delivered on time,
The two gentlemen assembled it very quickly and showed me how to use the controls etc.
They were very polite & friendly.
They took my old chair away.
My other chair was quite old I think, I inherited it from the last tenant which was very kind, It was made for someone bigger than me i think & had lots of spare room that I filled with cushions.
I dont need all those cushions now because it fits me really well & is really comfortable.
PS. My daughter said it looks Plush, and it does.

Noisy to raise and lower foot

I have received a very polite and friendly service from this family company who are extremely efficient and enthusiastic about the products they sell. They are so knowledgeable its a wonder they don't know the name of the cow the leather came from. I have not got to grips with it yet but that is not from want of trying on the companys part. They have offered to come and show me again how to use it.. The chair goes into all the positions it is meant to and the first time I put the footrest up I fell asleep for two hours it was so comfortable.

The Comfort plus team were always in contact with me letting me know when my bed would be read and they were very good delivering at my convenience. The bed is very comfortable, and I am sleeping the best I have in years. I will recommend Comfortplus anytime. I already have.

Arrived as agreed. Built items, removed existing items and explained workings of new items all perfectly.

I was worried about the men getting a double bed and large chair up 2 flights of stairs (no available lift ) It all went very snmoothly I was very pleased

Our bed was delivered on a very wet day it was pouring down with rain. They did an excellent job of delivering our new two single beds which were joined together to form a double bed. Our old bed was taken away. It’s early days of us sleeping on our but we are very pleased so far with the service.

Well made delivered within promised time disappointed that information given at time of purchase was incorrect stating number of drawers under beds was not as we were informed they would be. Therefore a drop in rating.

Your staff were great and very helpful

Punctual polite. The fitter used our existing extension rather than the unit supplied for the purpose. Checked all functions of the unit were working beforeleaving

When your men arrived they were kind polite and extremely helpful.They explained everything as we went along.They cleaned every thing up and asked if there was any thing else that they could do we were most happy Thank you.
