Punctual appt. Easy access and change if need. Great service for customer providing reliable experienced advise on best colour choose for room. Have used this before and is the reason I have returned to colourtrend again

Great product let down by after sale service
Couldn't speak highly enough of consultation, delivery service and quality of product.
I'll always judge companies more so on their after sale service and sadly Colourtrend were a let down here.
Had spent almost €1000 on product and made a mistake ordering a Ceramic Matt instead of Gloss on one tin of paint. Totally mea culpa and happy to own that mistake but hoped something could be done given large original purchase.
Flagged with Colourtrend online and after three days, got a one line sentence saying nothing could be done. A pity on this as experience prior was excellent.
