DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. THEY WOULD USE EXCUSES NOT TO COLLECT YOUR GOODS AND STILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE SERVICE. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Total scam. Delivery driver called around collection, and then didn't call back. Money taken upfront. No way to contact them to be reimbursed or reorder collection.

If I could give zero I would DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They take your money and then find a reason not to take the item you have paid for collection. Paid for mattress collection which had a cover over it, but it was the “wrong type of cover”. The two men you came to collect were EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Didn’t even look at me when told can’t take it and even told me I “I talk to much” THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!

Absolutely useless. They wouldn't collect my mattress despite nowhere on the website does it say about it being wet apart from it being hidden in terms and conditions. The employee who refused collection said I would be refunded but the company refuse to refund me.

Double mattress. When i saw the reviews i was a bit scared, but on the scheduled day, got whatsap notification with time slots, and link to continually check time updates and driver location and my place in queue to get visited for pickup, almost identical to what amazon does now.
It was perfect, two guys came, to take it, i did not have to lift a finger, but i did get it downstairs the day before.
I probably will use them again if needed.

I found this company when I was looking to dispose of a king size orthopaedic bed because we are downsizing. No charity would collect and we were running out of time before our move. The website was very clear and I placed my order for collection on a suitable day. I received a time slot one day day before collection with access to a tracking system on the day itself. The tracking worked beautifully and they arrived within minutes of the scheduled time. Two helpful and friendly guys dismantled and removed the bed within 15 minutes. The whole process was easy from beginning to end. My experience with the company has been brilliant. It’s been smooth and good value. I would have liked to donate the bed but as that was not possible this was the next best thing. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you.

No communication after booking. The delivery drivers went to the wrong address and were told then not to come to the correct one. No number to call and they don’t respond to messages. I wouldn’t go with them just because they are cheap.

No big issues. I didn’t get a time slot but the delivery guys were great. A big help! Thank you

Booked online for kingsize divan and single divan. Recieved email receipt confirming booking and payment. The day before received a pickup tracking link with rough pickup time. 30 mins prior to pickup received call from driver informing me of arrival in 30 minutes. Entry through gate system navigatated and pickup made. Simple and efficient. Also cheaper than other local council in Ealing.

My collect & recycle service was booked for a double mattress and frame. They just handed over to Rhenus Home Delivery and no contact after. There seems that there is no clear communication with the delivery/collection company as they left the property because the frame wasn't boxed...which is not mentioned anywhere when you book the service - not even in the small print - it just requires you to dismantle and bring them on the ground floor (which I did). And they mention that the delivery drivers will have bag and bag the mattress and come collect the pieces - which they didn't (but that' another review for the delivery company).

Really bad - makes no mention of the type of bed (not frames, only divan) and will not process refunds despite this. Also unwilling to go up an elevator in a building with no ability to store downstairs.

Scam. Took my money and never came to collect the mattress. Awful WhatsApp communication system it’s just a bot no real humans. All the good reviews on here must be fake.

I deducted one star as the company should really come on here and address the complaints, as this could put people off using the service, especially given the claim that the items aren't actually recycled.

In my case, there were no issues and Rhenus (the collection firm) picked up the mattress on time. They phoned me about 20 minutes beforehand and were efficient and professional.

I mistakenly believed the misleading claims on the website "Collect Your Old Bed" for the company Rhenus Home Delivery Ltd. I thought my mattress would be recycled and would be disposed of in a more ethical manner, as is suggested on the website. No, mattresses are just dumped in the landfill. Really messed up.

Very happy with the service. I chose my collection day and Rhenus Transport emailed me with a collection time and updated me during the morning. When they arrived the mattress was gone in minutes. My only reservation would be that Rhenus seem quite particular about where the mattress must be located before they collect. So bear this in mind if you are perhaps less able to move heavy stuff around your house.

Amazing experience! Booked mattress collection yesterday (31/10), was collected at 11 am on 1/11. Nice drivers, very efficient and much cheaper than any other company I could find. Tracking links all the way and text notification when they are nearby. Very pleased!

I booked the service. Was sent an email on the day from a different service provider (Rhenus Home Delivery) and was able to track the delivery van. I got a call about 30 min before they arrived. The showed up, were very friendly and took the mattress without any issue. I was quite worried after reading some of the reviews but I had a great experience. It seems like "Collectyouroldbed" outsource their services, so it depends on how lucky you are with the service provider they use.

They were impossible to contact. Very rude driver. I tried moving the date of collection but they would not accept any of my calls or reply to my emails. I do not recommend it.
