Just before Christmas I informed HSG that Trev & I were retiring. So i just had to post a message to them.😇
Thank you Simon/HSG uk, for 17years of top quality consistent service to our care homes, wowww. The time has flown by but your attention to our service needs have only developed and you have been only a call or email away and you deliver and install if necessary, our order. Kind, friendly & professional organisation.
Thank you.
Our organisation will continue with services from HSG but we are retiring 😢It's a mixed bag for us as we will miss everyone.
Tears came when we recieved the lovely keep sakes gifts and then a few days later a large beautiful bunch of flowers !!! 😢🌷💞 a huge thank you to you all. I will always recommend your services. Say thxu to John for his kindness & laughter. Best wishes for the future from Jan & Trev.

Absolutely brilliant company
Absolutely brilliant company! Everyone I have ever spoken to has been super polite, helpful and collections have been super prompt. Having had to historically deal with a major company who also deals with hygiene services (we shall name no names) who were awful, HSG and the team have really restored my faith. Can’t recommend them enough

High quality customer service
Since becoming a customer of HSG we couldn't speak highly enough of the entire team.
We initially invited Tom in to discuss their "Ureco" product off the back of blockages/smells from our urinals. A few days later we were effortlessly signed up.
The installation staff were great. They were polite, friendly and efficient. So much so that we have extended our custom with HSG to our entire washroom service (Sanitry, Soap, Dispensers etc).
Highly recommend!

Hammersmith Apollo
We are a major concert venue and our urinals get a lot of abuse. HSG keep the system working perfectly and are always available on the end of a telephone if we need emergency back-up. Their technicians can be on site sometimes same day if we have any unforeseen problems.

HSG went the extra mile
I have been using HSG washroom services for my business for years now and felt compelled to write a review. They have always been polite, helpful and professional and have recently gone out of their way to fit around my business needs - I think it's worth a special mention as I am truly grateful for their efforts to help me out. Excellent service
