Wonderful place to live in Barcelona
Nice flat to share with multicultural people in Barcelona. Good communication by public transport and really close to the train station and airport. The owners are polite and serious people that provide you everything that you need.

El piso es muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar. Tanto la habitacion como las zonas comunes están muy limpias. El ambiente del piso es muy agradable. Recomiendo el sitio al 100 %!!!

MI EXPERIENCIA CON BARCELONA ROOM RENTAL
Hola!!!
Mi experiencia en la casa es valorada con un 5 creo que es uno de los mejores lugares en los que habría podido estar.
El piso es ideal para poder vivir de manera cómoda, tranquila y sentirte bien con un espacio personal. Es un piso que esta remodelado y cuenta con TODO lo necesario para poder tener los mejores días en Barcelona.
Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas, algunas con buena iluminación, estas están dotadas completamente de todos los servicios que facilitarán la estancia tal como lo enseñan las fotos. Los servicios dentro de la casa funcionan de manera excelente.Los espacios comunes también se encuentran bien dotados, ideales para poder compartir con los demás habitantes del piso. La zona donde se ubica el piso, esta fácilmente conectada a lineas de Metro, paradas de autobuses, mercados y otros.
Quiero decir que también los propietarios siempre están al tanto de poder solucionar cualquier inconveniente que se presente en el curso de su uso, están muy pendientes de las necesidades que surgen dentro de la estancia y se interesan en cuidar del piso, que se mantenga en perfecto estado.
UNA GRAN ELECCIÓN!!!!!!

Un piso muy bien equipado y ubicado. Ana es una persona siempre compaciente y simpática. Recomiendo este apartamento con mucha confianza, y fue un placer vivir allí porque había un muy buen ambiente con los otros compañeros.

El mejor primer paso
Donde vives y con quien vives es importante más cuando estas en un sitio nuevo por trabajo y/o estudios donde al principio no conoces a nadie y eso determina en gran medida lo que será tu experiencia en una ciudad.
Y sin duda con Barcelona Room Rental hara que esta experiencia sea una de las mejores de tu vida ya que conocerás gente que está en tu misma situación y harás amistad con tus compañeros que conservarás incluso después.
Además las instalaciones y equipaciones del apartamentos están por encima de la media con un piso reformado con fácil acceso al transporte público y con todos las necesidades cubiertas.
Una gran elección especialmente para tu primer paso en Barcelona.

Very good experience
The owner is very polite, reliable and tries to accomodate the problems that may rise.
The flat is very well organized, with all you need for every day life (things for cooking, eating, cleaning, etc.). The space is enough for all and the people are well selected, so you'll enjoy speak and live with them.

An excellent place to live, with an incredible atmosphere. Very well furnished and conditioned for the well-being of all those who live in this house. Undoubtedly an excellent opportunity to work and live in Barcelona. It has everything you need to start to start and make a new life in this beautiful city. As everything can improve a little specifically in the beds since they tend to be a little uncomfortable but in general lines everything is going very well. I recommend it
