Local, English language, computer analytics
On the rare occasion when I had to request assistance, someone, was immediately available and politely asking how can we help. Which is a confidence boost to start with. This is a most helpful and immediate polite response. They are, not only very knowledgeable, but very good listeners, analytical minded professionals. Within seconds they are able to analyse our problems and solve them in a timely and satisfying manner enabling us to carry on with our business with ease in seconds or minutes.
