Excellent Advice, support and response times
COG Multimedia has supported our company for a number of years now. They have delivered on numerous projects and also provide a reactive service. I highly recommended them. The team always responds to requests for help or changes immediately, providing effective solutions, avoiding any delay.

New web-site created by COG Multimedia
We used COG Multimedia to revamp and create us a New company web-site, as our old one was basic and pretty old fashioned, Ryan and Richard were very helpful and we felt like they really listened to our wants and needs for our new web-site and we believe they have really nailed it with our new web-site and it was extremely well priced also.
I should also add as our business has grown, we have needed to make changes to our web-site and this hasn't been an issue for COG Multimedia at all and we've really enjoyed our experience with them so far.

Professional and a quick response
When first dealing with Ryan and the team they acted professionally to give me advice and to meet my IT needs. Subsequently, when I had an issue they responded quickly to ensure that I was up and running as soon as possible. I was very impressed as it is vital to my business.

HELPFUL GUYS
I am so not IT minded and panic when something goes wrong and I am not sure what to do so I find these guys so helpful I love the fact I can pick up the phone and they can log onto my computer and talk me through things, I have been using them since 2023 and we have set up a monthly DD with them for support/security which gives us peace of mind...highly recommend COG Multimedia
