order number S0146701367 was confirmed as processed and shipped and the tracking number was 141023196593482 .
however I called the customer-care and they said the order was cancelled by club factory , but i have paid the money already.. where is my refund , when will it be initiated.. i need a reply

SO102573274 I HAVE ORDER A SHOE IN CLUB FACTORY THEY DELIVERED WRONG COLOR I HAVE TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING I ASK FOR BLUE BUT THEY SEND THE YELLOW ONE I WANNA REPLACE THEY PRODUCT AND I ORDER THAT IN INSTAGRAM..... YOU ARE THEY WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN

My order number was SO102390359. I had cancelled my order on 21st April but still I am waiting for my refund. Can you guyz tell me when can I get my refund. Worst company ever in my life I have seen. Will tell all my contacts who all are using this club factory not to use that in future. Its been now 8 days you are refunding my money.

Wrong Order

The worst online company and customer service! They sent me the wrong order now wants me to send them back and pay for shipment to get refund. How come?

This is the second time I ordered but I never received the items twice. It was both paid . Second order was suppose to arrive Nov 6 and I never received it . They really have good prices of clothes on their website but to run a business like that isn’t right .
