Scam. I paid for 4 bracelets. No one showed up. Non existent customer service.

I received mine in the post this weekend but reading these reviews it would appear I’ve been lucky, it’s early days as to weather or not it actually does what it’s meant to but I guess I’ll find out soon enough.

I bought this thinking that it would help but i cant wear it due to whatever metal it is made from - i come out in a rash everytime i wear it - pretty bracelet otherwise

I really hope everyone sees this before deciding to buy it. It’s a scam. I haven’t ordered it but I found AliExpress is selling it for £0.65. It has nothing to do with lapis lazuli or any gems. You better off ordering the actual crystals. Very good business for whoever sells it for over £20.

Absolutely cheap plastic crap!!! I am so unhappy with my order. Ordered for a gift and I would actually be embarrassed to gift this item to anyone. Complete waste of money. Worth about £2.50 not £30!!!! Be aware guys!

This is a disrespect to all those that are spiritual the bracelet is plastic even should have hemp type rings not worth the money spent

Customer service is big with me. I don't play about my faith and respect for the universe. It's many gifts and blessings above all. I'm glad I did my research so I am sad to say I won't be ordering. The customer on here who cant get their order or a reply is a problem. Such a beautiful bracelet also was gonna get one for my husband too. Oh he would have pissed if it didn't come. More so than me.

If I could give less that 1 star I would. I should have read these reviews first… they are definitely a scam. I ordered 3 bracelets months ago and barely even get any kind of reply from customer service. They claim this has never happened before but according to these reviews it’s a common occurrence. I’m going to contact PayPal today to see if they can help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

TLDR: It took longer than expected, but did get my bracelets! I ordered two bracelets and got an initial estimate of 2-3 days for my order to ship. Eventually that changed to 1 week. And then after 1 week it no longer updated... I thought it was odd so I searched on Google and came across sites like this one. Thinking I may have been scammed, I debated trying to cancel my order. Then I thought maybe they are dealing with the same shipping delays I see on a daily basis at my job and decided to let it be. About a month later they showed up in my mailbox! They appear to be well made and I'm glad I didn't try to cancel my order. If updates were provided (I signed up for text notifications), I would give this transaction 5 stars. 4 stars for great but not perfect 👍

Don’t buy! I ordered a bracelet July 2021 and never received it. My credit card got charged. I got a first response from a guy called Mitch that they will move my complaint forward which was a huge bs. They did nothing of the sort. When I wrote again a couple of months later, no one responded. It’s so sad that what could be a good company turned into a shameful scam. I’m seriously thinking of further actions against them.

Its been over one yea and i have never recd my order. I have contacted them multiple times and they would promise to send but nothing. Dont waste your $$$

I have been waiting for three months for the delivery of my purchase. Numerous emails...they will not cancel my order or refund my money...just offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase...they must be mad if they think I am spending any more money with them. This must be a scam.

The bracelets themselves are quite well made, however they have the absolute WORST customer service and delivery. Do not expect to see your package for at least 4 to 6 weeks and don't bother to email, they don't care. They apologise, but they don't do anything about it. Many companies use COVID as an excuse, this one is no exception. Very poor service.

Ordered a bracelet from this company. Wish i had seen this reviews before ordering....lesson learned! Having same issues as all the other reviewers. Going to spread the word as much as I can to prevent others from ordering from these dipsh*ts.
