Fint armbånd, track virkede, men efterfølgende bliver de ved at sende blad og skrammel. Hæver selv på mit kortnummer. Og da jeg henvendte mig via deres kundeservice, får jeg en tysk mail tilbage. Næste gang virkede siden ikke! Næste gang igen fandtes siden ikke! Har ikke fået penge tilbage, ej heller bladet, FUSK 😡

Scam/Greenwashing
I ordered a few things for Christmas, received a tracking number that went to a page that doesn't exist. Searched the shipping company (AI bot) that wanted me to enter my credit card info and pay to interact with a human for information on my shipment. Emailed the company, no reply. Complained on Instagram and they deleted my comments. There are a lot of people on their comments looking for help on missing orders that recieve copy and paste replies. After looking online they also have very negative reviews from conservation orgs in regards to what they donate and what animals you can actually adopt. My bad for not looking into this before buying, hope this helps others steer clear.

My first purchase went smoothly, but with the second order the parcel was marked “delivered” even though I hadn’t received it. I checked with the local courier and investigated on my side. When I reached out for help, I was redirected back to the courier and asked to resubmit the same evidence multiple times. The back-and-forth between courier, seller and me took over seven weeks before a replacement was approved.

A cheap ass bracelet that's supposed to…
A cheap ass bracelet that's supposed to track an Orca. The QR code that came with the bracelet where you're supposed to track 'your' animal with DOESN'T WORK. SCAM!!!
And I wonder what this company does with my personal data!
Don't buy stuff if there's no after pay option!

Meget skuffende oplevelse.
Man får armbånd men kan ikke tracke noget.
Vi købte 4 forskellige armbånd til 4 forskellige dyr , 4 forskellige steder i verden. og kan efter lang tid nu tracke 2 af dem, men de er altid samme sted og bevæger sig åbenbart slet ikke.
Så se det som et armbånd til pynt alene og ikke andet.
