Great service with quality products
Great service from start to finish. They came and measured up then 2 weeks later came and fitted the new panel of glass within minutes. Great price and so easy and a 25 year guarantee what more could you want. Thankyou Linda.

Good product, bad service
The product themselves is fine, it’s the service we were provided which was lacking. An error on their part led to the wrong window being ordered. This was made out to be our fault, of which it wasn’t. We were charged the price on the invoice (of which they said was a ‘contract’), only to be emailed about 1 month after installation to say we owed more money. The service received has been appalling and I would t use them again

Dear Morgan, The order confirmation was emailed to yourself, both parties have agreed that there was miscommunication with one of the units and this was removed off your job with no charge to yourself. With regards to the extra items which have been invoiced at a later date these were extra handles which were added on after the quotation was sent. These have been fitted which is why payment was requested. We hope this clarifies the situation for you.

Disappointed
Disappointed that the original guarantee did not extend to the need for this replacement of an original installed by this company.
These were the first tradespeople for a long while not to remove outside boots when walking over carpets.
The displacement of a cistern lid was not reported to me. Litter was left on floor and not removed.

Had a cloudy window for years and finally got around to doing something about it and couldn't be happier. Double glazing replaced in 30 minutes and looks better than ever.
