My purchase was straight forward online. Have used the brush dryer for the first time, easy to use love the look of my hair straightener can’t wait to use. Love the bonus brush and comb so soft. Impressed with the quiz on my hair type to know what temp to use.
Embarrassed to admit that l have been cooking my hair for along time. Am going to take advantage of recycling my old straightener through cloud nine, a big incentive to buy cloud nine.

Not ideal for professional use, even low volume.
The volumisers looked great in the salon but the style did not hold. The smoothing nozzle did not concentrate enough airflow for efficient smooth styling and took a long time to dry. The dryer was louder and heavier than expected. The diffuser was too small and airflow too strong even on the lowest setting for effective diffuse drying. One positive is the dryer did appear to dry the inside of curl clumps more efficiently than other blowdryers.

Replacement
I was a bit bummed that I dropped my 4 year old straightener whilst hot, I thought she had more life left in her, but she was no longer destined for the straight hair life. I contacted Cloud 9 who promptly assisted me in purchasing my new straightener, with some discount which help massively as my warranty has ran out. They posted my new device so quickly with it arriving the very next day!
