Used Cloud Nine straighteners for a few years now and bought family them as presents. Highly recommend as you can alter the temperature and they do not burn your hair. Used on thick and thin hair and brill for either.
I was kept informed regarding delivery in the uk and Australia.
Highly recommend.

Product is a ok, nothing super special about it, I don’t see the difference between 300 worth straightener and my 50 dollars Remington.

I was pleasantly surprised that my straightener turned up the next day
So far the new updated straightener is wonderful and I love the new vibrating plates makes my hair feel softer

My straightener stopped working a couple of days prior to the end of the warranty period. I filed a claim online and was really impressed with how easy the process was. I returned my straightener and within a couple of weeks, received a brand new straightener in the mail. Very happy with the customer service.

I am fine overpaying for good quality if it is my decision but not being force after ordering.
Using safety recalls to upsell products is just disgusting.

It is a great colour and works well.
I did think it was going to be made out of a better material, it is super light which is great. The brush and comb are good but again the material used doesn’t feel like quality as I think it might be plastic

Best straightening iron I’ve ever used. Gets my hair (normally wavy and frizzy) dead straight after only one pass.

I have had a GHD for past 15 years and my only regret in life is not having a Cloud 9 Instead. Super happy with the wide tong for bouncy big curls that look beautiful brushed out.

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I bought this item on 29 December 2025 as a gift, and when I opened it, the display was already scratched/damaged. It’s honestly embarrassing to give something like this as a present.

It doesn’t feel like a brand-new product at all — it actually looks like a used item. Very poor quality control. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to return it since I needed it for New Year, which made the situation even worse.

Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend buying this product.
