Booked a seaplane transfer to the islands and was impressed with the professionalism. Pilot was experienced and made us feel safe during the flight. The views were absolutely spectacular and worth every penny. Check-in was straightforward with minimal waiting. Only improvement needed is better communication about luggage restrictions beforehand. Would recommend to others.

Booked a harbor cruise and really enjoyed it. The boat was comfortable with plenty of seating options both inside and on deck. Staff provided interesting commentary about the landmarks we passed. Sunset timing was perfect. My only criticism is that it felt a bit crowded on a Saturday evening. Value for money was good and I'd recommend it to tourists and locals alike.

Took the seaplane for a coastal hop and was impressed overall. Pilots were professional and provided great commentary during the flight. Check-in was quick and efficient. The views were absolutely spectacular. Lost one star because the seats were a bit cramped and there's limited luggage space. Still, for the convenience and time saved, it's worth it.

Used this company for our island hopping tour and was quite satisfied. The booking process was straightforward and customer service responded quickly to my questions. The boat was comfortable with adequate seating and safety equipment clearly visible. Only downside was limited storage space for luggage. Departure and arrival times were punctual. Pricing is reasonable for the quality of service provided.

Had high hopes for this seaplane transfer but was let down. Check-in process was chaotic and confusing with no clear signage. The aircraft appeared outdated and not well-maintained. Flight was bumpy and the pilot provided no updates during turbulence. Luggage handling was careless resulting in damage to my bag. Would hesitate to book again unless significant improvements are made.

Enjoyed our harbor tour with this company very much. The boat was well-maintained and the crew was knowledgeable about local history and landmarks. Refreshments were available at fair prices. Departure and return were punctual. The only downside was that outdoor seating filled up quickly, so arrive early if you want the best views. Great value for money overall.

The ferry service was below expectations. Our departure was delayed by over an hour with minimal communication from staff. The seating area was cramped and uncomfortable, and several amenities advertised were not available. The crew seemed disorganized and unhelpful when we asked questions. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and reliability.

This water taxi service is a convenient way to get around the harbor area. Boats run frequently and are generally on schedule. Captains know the waters well and navigate safely. The rates are reasonable for the service provided. Only complaint is that during peak times it can get crowded and there's no reservation system. Would recommend for tourists and commuters alike.

The ferry ride was comfortable enough and we arrived on time. The vessel appeared well-maintained and safety protocols were clearly in place.
