Store takes money and doesn’t send order. STAY AWAY
Seller has been ignoring all emails, messages, calls and clearly refuses to cooperate. Purchase was made through Klarna, and was requested to cancel the order. Seller stated that he will not cancel due to him losing a *fee* from the sell.
At the moment, the seller has been paid £521.99 and has sent no items out or bothered to sort the situation.
Order was placed October last year by the way….
Still waiting on Klarna to help resolve this issue, and for the store to reply.
In the meantime, the store has been reported to the Ombudsman services.

Please state your name you have not put a name on here at all, cam?? If it’s the person who said there card was fraudulently used and they wanted a refund then we said the refund and fraud had to be reported and resolved through klarna. This is the procedure we have to take and there is a klarna claim procedure that you would of gone through if the review here was true. Please feel free to report to ombudsman and we will happily assist any way we can, if you have a legitimate problem that you want us to resolve between us then please dm us on instagram will be easiest with your phone number and we will call tomorrow and resolve. But at least give me some sort of clue as to who you are, just writing a 1 star review with the name cam does not tell us anything
