A2P: Quick response

I had submitted an A2P Brand Registration for my business, and the registration failed. I had apparently forgotten to include my opt-in page on my site. I submitted it via email, and Chad quickly got it submitted and approved, so that I could continue with my campaign registration. I was delighted that it was approved so quickly, as I had waited 7 WEEKS for approval with another company.

All needed tools for a business

Clixlo is great in that it gave me all the tools that I need for my business in one easy to use dashboard. It has a gread page builder, email autoresponder, workflow scheduler, calendar, campaign manager, social media integration, payment gatway integration, video hosting, membership and course site and much more. Above all, their support is also good.

We have been using the software for a few months now it's real easy to learn and has a lot of features. The customer support has been great anytime I have a question within 24 hours I haven't answer or they look into it. One of the greatest softwares I came across.

Quick response to email! Customer service is hard to come by and online customer service response , even harder. I was promised a response within 24 hours but My email was responded to within the hour of sending!
All my questions were answered with prompt and attentive responses.

I am not techy so maneuvering Clixlo is…

I am not techy so maneuvering Clixlo is a little difficult for me and sometimes it takes a bit for customer service to get back with you. With that said, as a all-in-one platform it does everything you need it to do and I love having everything in one space.

Bad business

Got the issue resolved.

Update: Trixlo (Clixlo) has pulled a bait and switch on their lifetime plans. They want us to pay $97 per month to make the lifetime plan fully functional. This change is because their business model is not sustainable trying to sell $97 plans over and over again. Now they want the current customer to foot the bill to keep the lights on. I refuse and will be switching to a more honest competitor, EVEN IF THEY'RE MORE EXPENSIVE.
