Having read other reviews I contacted Clifton Private Finance to support financing a property purchase and refurbishment (bridging Loan). From inception the service has been fantastic, not least because my assigned broker Joshua Moore has been with me every step of the way, explaining processes, excellent communication, lightening speed responses! and with a genuine interest in my project. Excellent customer service from Patrick and Jan. I would recommend wholeheartedly. We were looking for a specialist mortgage as we are based abroad. The process was longer than a regular mortgage but we were kept informed and supported through out, including with chasing the solicitors when we needed to. We would not hesitate to use this service again in the future.

Dylan Humphries couldn't do enough to help, with queries aswell as the quotes I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him if you need bridging finance. The only reason we didn't proceed was due to a sale on our current home being agreed and moving at speed.
